Abstract:
A backlight module includes a light guide plate and a flexible illuminating bar. The light guide plate has a light emitting top surface and a plurality of light incident side surfaces. Each of the light incident side surfaces is connected to the light emitting top surface. The flexible illuminating bar includes a circuit board module and a plurality of point light sources. The circuit board module includes a plurality of circuit boards and at least one flexible electrical connection member. The circuit boards are disposed at the light incident side surfaces, respectively. The flexible electrical connection member electrically connects two of the circuit boards and is bendingly disposed between the corresponding two of the circuit boards. The point light sources are electrically disposed on the circuit boards and suitable for emitting light towards the light incident side surfaces. In addition, another backlight module is also provided.
Abstract:
Disclosed herein is an LED backlight module, which includes a metallic plate, a metallic sidewall, a connecting portion, a light guide and an LED ribbon. The metallic sidewall is substantially perpendicular to the metallic plate and located beside a side edge of the metallic plate. The metallic side-plate has a lower edge extending downwards to a position beneath a lower surface of the metallic plate. The connecting portion extends in a direction towards the side edge of the metallic plate from the lower edge of the metallic sidewall, and is further connected to the side edge of the metallic plate. The light guide is disposed above the metallic plate, and the LED ribbon for emitting a light into the light guide is disposed on the metallic sidewall.

Abstract:
A method of forming assist feature patterns includes providing an original layout pattern having at least a first region defined therein, the first region having a first light transmission rate larger than 0%; performing a search step to the original layout pattern to define at least a second region having a second light transmission rate equal to 0% in the original layout pattern; forming a plurality of assist features in the second region to increase the second light transmission rate to larger than 0%; and outputting the original layout pattern and the assist features to a reticle blank.
Abstract:
An electronic device with a hidden I/O interface module is disclosed. The electronic device includes a container and a surface with an opening, container and the opening communicate with each other. The container includes a first position and a second position. The electronic device also includes an I/O connection unit, a pivot module and a cover. The I/O connection unit is disposed at the container, electrically connected to the electronic device and includes a connecting surface. The pivot module is connected to the I/O connection unit. The cover is connected to the pivot module. When the cover is shut, it covers the container and makes the I/O connection unit located at the first position. When the cover is open, it drives the pivot module to drive the I/O connection unit to move to the second position to make the connecting surface of the I/O connection unit aligned with the surface.
Abstract:
An electromagnetic input apparatus is disclosed. The electromagnetic input apparatus comprises an electromagnetic sensor board and an input pen. The input pen has a horizontal arranged ferrite core and a coil. The electromagnetic sensor board has a plurality of antenna loops. Each row and column have a plurality of antenna loops, and each antenna loop surrounds a region so as to divide the electromagnetic sensor board into a plurality of regions.
Abstract:
An apparatus is provided with a mobile appliance including a front grooved rail member on a bottom and a rear grooved rail member on the bottom, each of the front and rear grooved rail members having a left opening; a second display including front grooved rail on a top and a rear grooved rail on the top, each of the front and rear grooved rails having a right opening; two connection bars each including first and second end enlargements respectively wherein the first enlargements are slidably retained in the front and rear grooved rail members respectively, and the second enlargements are slidably retained in the front and rear grooved rails respectively; two first ICs at one side of the mobile appliance; and two second ICs at an other side of the second display. In an extended position, the first ICs are capable of activating the second ICs.
Abstract:
A laptop computer with hardware security protection includes a lid near the image capture module. The lid can move to shield the image capture module to avoid the image captured by the image capture module transmitting to another computer. Therefore, the hardware security protection is achieved by the real lid to prevent the hacker attacking and increase the security protection.
