Methods of detecting and treating cancers and tumors with chlorotoxin conjugate compounds are also provided, including methods of imaging tumor tissues and cells. Dosing and pharmacokinetic profiles for therapeutic and diagnostic applications using chlorotoxin conjugate compounds are also provided.
