摘要: A method is provided. The method is implemented by a detection engine embodied in processor executable code stored on a memory and executed by at least one processor. The method includes modeling a vector velocity field that measures and quantifies a velocity of electrocardiogram data signals that pass through a local activation time. The method further includes determining codes for each point in plane to provide a color code vector field image; detecting focal and rotor indications by using kernels to scan the color coded vector field image; and classifying the focal and rotor indications into perpetuators.

摘要: A method for displaying electroanatomical information is provided. The method comprises identifying at least one multiple-activation area of a surface of a heart, at which multiple-activation area were recorded at least two different local activations during a single cardiac cycle of the heart. The multiple-activation area is displayed, on an electroanatomical map of the surface of the heart, in a manner that indicates a time difference between respective times of the two local activations. Other embodiments are also described.

摘要: A method includes collecting a plurality of bipolar electrograms and respective unipolar electrograms of patients, the electrograms including annotations in which one or more human reviewers have identified and marked a window-of-interest and one or more activation times inside the window-of-interest. A ground truth data set is generated from the electrograms, for training at least one electrogram-preprocessing step of a Machine Learning (ML) algorithm. The ML algorithm is applied to the electrograms, to at least train the at least one electrogram-preprocessing step, so as to detect an occurrence of an activation in a given bipolar electrogram within the window-of-interest.

摘要: Methods, apparatus, and systems for medical procedures are disclosed herein and include detecting points of an intra-cardiac area that exhibits abnormal activations, such as local abnormal ventricular activations (LAVAs). Points that exhibit such abnormal activations may be referred to as seed points that are identified during a first step of the process disclosed herein. The seed points may be identified using one or more inputs such as unipolar and bipolar mapping channels, body surface ECGs, past activations, neighboring points and the like during the first step which prioritizes high specificity over sensitivity. During a second step which prioritizes high sensitivity, electrical activations of neighboring points near the seed points are analyzed to determine if the activations are similar (e.g., have a similar time) as the abnormal activations corresponding to the corresponding seed points.
