摘要: Techniques are disclosed for using a cardiac signal sensed via a plurality of electrodes disposed on one or more leads implanted within an epidural space of a patient to control spinal cord stimulation (SCS) therapy. In one example, an implantable medical device (IMD) senses an electrical signal via a plurality of electrodes disposed on one or more leads implanted within an epidural space of a patient. Processing circuitry determines, from the electrical signal, one or more cardiac features indicative of activity of a heart of the patient. The processing circuitry controls, based on the one or more cardiac features, delivery of SCS therapy to the patient.

摘要: An Electrocardiography (ECG) noise-filtering device is provided in the invention. The ECG device includes a filter and a calculation circuit. The filter receives a first ECG signal and performs a Savitzky-Golay algorithm to generate a second ECG signal. The calculation circuit is coupled to the filter to receive the second ECG signal and processes the second ECG signal according to a Stationary Wavelet Transform (SWT) algorithm to generate a noise signal, and subtracts the noise signal from the second ECG signal to filter the noise signal in the first ECG signal.

摘要: A system for establishing a model for cardiac ventricular hypertrophy (VH) screening includes a storage and a processor. The storage stores multiple pieces of subject data respectively associated with multiple subjects. Each of the pieces of subject data contains a basic physiological parameter group, an electrocardiographic parameter group, and an actual VH condition that corresponds to a left or right ventricle of the subject associated with the piece of subject data. The processor is electrically connected to the storage, splits the pieces of subject data into a training set and a test set, and establishes the model for VH screening based on the pieces of subject data in the training set by using machine learning techniques.

摘要: A computer implemented method and system for declaring arrhythmias in cardiac activity are provided. The method and system are under control of one or more processors that are configured with specific executable instructions. The method and system obtain far field cardiac activity (CA) signals for a series of beats and builds an N-dimensional data set from data values for features of interest from the CA signals. The method and system utilize a manifold structure to map the N-dimensional data set, through nonlinear dimensional reduction, onto an M-dimensional data set and declares an atrial fibrillation (AFL) episode based on a relation between the M-dimensional data set and one or more AFL classification criteria.

摘要: A method for accurately extracting an abnormal potential within a QRS, comprising: in an ideal electrocardiographic signal pre-estimation stage, pre-estimating an ideal electrocardiographic signal using a non-linear transformation technology; according to the pre-estimated ideal electrocardiographic signal, further estimating the ideal electrocardiographic signal by using a spline method, so as to accurately estimate the ideal electrocardiographic signal; and according to the accurately estimated ideal electrocardiographic signal, accurately extracting an abnormal potential within the QRS by means of a mobile standard deviation analysis technology. The method can be used not only on an average electrocardiographic signal after multiple superimposition, but also on a single beat electrocardiographic signal.

摘要: A method is provided for identifying an isthmus in a three-dimensional map of a cardiac cavity by means of a processing unit configured to perform the following steps: a) correlation between a set of stimulated points of the cardiac cavity, each stimulated point being represented by a set of signals that are obtained following surface electrocardiography (ECG), excluding ventricular tachycardia; b) identification of a watershed line on the basis of the above correlation results and of the 3D coordinates of the stimulated points in the 3D map; and c) determination of the isthmus based on a 3D corridor substantially transverse to the watershed line.
