摘要: The present invention provides a marker set for evaluating the development of an infant's communication ability. The marker set is composed of the following fatty acids: C18:3n6, C18:2n6t, C20:3n3, C18:3n3, C18:2n6c, C20:4n6, C20:3n6, C22:6n3, and C20:5n3. The present invention further provides a method for evaluating the development of an infant's communication ability using the marker set. The present invention achieves the evaluation on the development of an infant's communication ability by extracting and detecting the contents of particular fatty acids in a breast milk or dairy product sample fed to an infant, and the development level of the infant among the peers can be inferred based on the evaluation result, so as to give suggestions relevant to diet and nutrition for the mother timely. The method is low in cost, simple and effective, and suitable for large-scale evaluation.

摘要: The present invention relates to a method for multidimensional evaluation of the similarity of a sample to breast milk, wherein the method is performed in the following steps: (1) establishing a local breast milk phospholipid database; (2) collecting and pretreating a sample to be evaluated; (3) determining the contents of characteristic phospholipid subclasses, the contents of characteristic phospholipid molecules in the sample to be evaluated, and obtaining a microstructural image of milk fat globules in the sample by confocal laser scanning microscopy; (4) calculating the score G for the sample to be evaluated. The present invention evaluates the similarity of samples to breast milk based on phospholipids in three aspects: the composition of characteristic phospholipid subclasses, the composition of characteristic phospholipid molecules, and the morphological similarity evaluation, so that the scheme can better evaluate the simulation quality of infant formulas and their raw and auxiliary materials to breast milk based on phospholipids.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a method for detecting the contents of whey protein and casein, and/or the ratio thereof in milk powder by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry. According to the method of the present disclosure, the characteristic peptide segments of whey protein and casein are selected and used for correction, and thus the accuracy and stability of detection of peptide segments by mass spectrometry using external standards are improved; in addition, the method of the present disclosure has the following advantages: easy to pretreat samples, low cost, a wide range of applicability, enable to perform quantitative detection of whey protein at one time, not affected by protein denaturation in the production process, no need to synthesize isotope internal standard, and avoiding influence of ionization efficiency and matrix in mass spectrometry detection by means of their own multiple characteristic peptide segment ratios.
