Abstract: A microfluidic channel backplane includes a base, and a plurality of microfluidic channels, a sample-adding channel and an enrichment channel that are disposed above the base. Each microfluidic channel of the plurality of microfluidic channels includes a first end and a second end. The sample-adding channel is communicated with first ends of the plurality of microfluidic channels. The enrichment channel includes a first enrichment sub-channel and a second enrichment sub-channel. The first enrichment sub-channel is communicated with second ends of the plurality of microfluidic channels, and one end of the second enrichment sub-channel is communicated with the first enrichment sub-channel.

Abstract: Provided are a display substrate, a display apparatus and a display method therefor. The display substrate includes: a base substrate; pixel units on the base substrate; and an electrochromic structure on a side of the pixel units that is away from the base substrate. The transmittance of the electrochromic structure is positively correlated with the brightness of the pixel units when displaying an image, such that the contrast of the display substrate is improved, and the display effect is improved.

Abstract: A display panel includes a substrate and a grating disposed on a light-emitting side of the display panel. The grating includes a plurality of protruding portions and a plurality of interval portions, each interval portion is located between two adjacent protruding portions. The plurality of protruding portions are arranged on the substrate along a first direction, and each protruding portion extends along a second direction perpendicular to the first direction. Each protruding portion includes an outer surface and a bottom surface; the outer surface is a smooth curved surface, and the bottom surface is a flat surface. A cross-sectional figure of each protruding portion along a thickness direction of the display panel is a first figure; the first figure includes a curve and a bottom edge, and the first figure is a closed figure formed by the curve and the bottom edge. The curve is a cross-sectional figure of the outer surface along the thickness direction of the display panel, and the bottom edge is a cross-sectional figure of the bottom surface along the thickness direction of the display panel.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a splicing nano-imprint template, a repair method of a splicing seam thereof, and a manufacturing method thereof. The repair method of the splicing seam of the splicing nano-imprint template includes: providing a splicing nano-imprint plate, in which the splicing nano-imprint plate includes a base substrate and splicing modules that are positioned on the base substrate, a splicing seam is provided between adjacent spicing modules, and each of the splicing modules includes a unit pattern; forming a repair adhesive layer at least at the splicing seam; and performing a patterning process on the repair adhesive layer to form a repair module, in which the repair module includes the unit pattern.
