Abstract: The present invention discloses a display panel and a display device. The display panel comprises: a cover plate, a first substrate and a second substrate stacked on top of one another; display functional stacked layers located between the first substrate and the second substrate, the display functional stacked layers having an image display region and an edge frame region; an isolation layer located between the first substrate and the cover plate, the isolation layer having a refractive index different from those of the first substrate and the cover plate, and wherein the first substrate is formed with a curved first light deflection surface at an edge thereof, the first light deflection surface being configured to deflect light from the edge portion of the image display region of the display functional stacked layers towards an edge of the cover plate, and the cover plate is formed with a curved second light deflection surface at the edge thereof, the second light deflection surface being configured to deflect light deflected by the first light deflection surface away from the edge of the cover plate. The display panel and the display device can achieve a display effect of narrowed edge frame or non-edge frame.

Abstract: An evaporation crucible and an evaporation system are disclosed. The evaporation crucible includes a crucible body and at least one nozzle located on a top face of the crucible body. The crucible body includes an inner wall and an outer wall that are bonded together, where the inner wall is formed of a first material, the outer wall is made of a second material, and a heat conductivity of the first material is larger than that of the second material. The evaporation crucible and the evaporation system may solve technical problem of non-uniform evaporation of vapor deposition material in prior arts, such that a uniform coating on OLED substrate may be achieved.

Abstract: A method for manufacturing a display substrate comprises: forming a pixel definition layer on a lower surface of a base so as to define a pixel area; forming a spacer on a lower surface of the pixel definition layer; arranging a mask plate under the spacer; and moving an evaporation source along a first direction parallel to the lower surface of the base, so as to form an organic light emitting layer in the pixel area. When the evaporation source starts forming the organic light emitting layer in the pixel area, the spacer and the mask plate do not block a first border of the evaporation area. Further, when the evaporation source stops forming the organic light emitting layer in the pixel area, the spacer and the mask plate do not block a second border of the evaporation area.
