Abstract: A photoresist composition, an organic light-emitting diode array substrate and their manufacturing methods are provided. The photoresist composition includes: an alkali soluble resin, a photosensitive monomer, a thermochromic pigment and a solvent whose mass percentages are 10-30 wt %, 1-12 wt %, 5-20 wt %, and 40-65 wt %, respectively; and the thermochromic pigment has a darkened color upon being heated.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a top-emission type OLED display panel and a manufacturing method thereof. The top-emission type OLED display panel comprises an array substrate and an encapsulating cover plate, wherein the array substrate includes OLED light emitting devices which comprise a light emitting function layer, a first electrode layer disposed on a side of the light emitting function layer proximate to the encapsulating cover plate, and a second electrode disposed on a side of the light emitting function layer distal to the first electrode layer. The top-emission type OLED display panel further comprises a transparent conductive adhesive filled between the array substrate and the encapsulating cover plate, for adhering the array substrate and the encapsulating cover plate; and the transparent conductive adhesive is in direct contact with the first electrode layer.

The method for manufacturing a display substrate according to the present disclosure includes: forming a curable material layer on a base, the base having a first structure; performing imprinting on the curable material layer using a nano-imprinting mold, so that the curable material layer is planarized, and at the same time a through hole connected to the first structure is formed in the curable material layer; curing the curable material layer to form a planarization layer; and forming a second structure connected to the first structure via the through hole.

Abstract: The present invention provides an electroluminescent device, a manufacturing method and driving method thereof, and a display device. The electroluminescent device comprises a transparent substrate, and a first light emitting unit and a second light emitting unit disposed at both sides of the transparent substrate respectively, wherein the first light emitting unit and the second light emitting unit have the same light output direction and are connected to two control circuit respectively. In the present invention, a parallel device structure is adopted to achieve independent control of two light emitting units in a single electroluminescent device, not only the color temperature is adjustable, but also the light emitting efficiency of the device can be increased. Also the transparent substrate can be fabricated using polymers having a refractive index adapted to the light emitting material, thereby reducing the optical waveguide loss in the device and realizing display of flexible device.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides an organic light emitting diode (OLED) device and a method for manufacturing the same, an OLED display substrate and an OLED display device.
