摘要： The present disclosure relates to a method for producing flexible substrate, a flexible substrate, and a flexible display panel. The method comprises: providing a substrate, and forming a first flexible material layer on a surface of the substrate; forming an inorganic barrier layer on a surface of the first flexible material layer, wherein the inorganic barrier layer includes at least one of a silicon oxide material layer and a silicon nitride material layer; after forming the inorganic barrier layer, performing a plasma bombardment treatment on the surface of the inorganic barrier layer to improve the wettability of the surface of the inorganic barrier layer; and forming a second flexible material layer on the surface of the inorganic barrier layer, and then peeling off the substrate. The second flexible material layer can be well attached to the inorganic barrier layer. The present disclosure can simplify the producing process and decrease cost.
