    摘要： A liquid circuit for filtering a liquid, comprising a liquid storage vessel (10), a liquid pump (17), a consumer or user device (14), a filter element (23) and a controller (24). A heated liquid can be supplied at least partly to the filter element (23). The liquid circuit may be used in liquid systems in which a liquid, such as water, oil or fuel, is filtered and at least part of the liquid is returned to the storage vessel (10). The liquid is pumped in the liquid circuit from the storage vessel (10) by the pump (17) through lines (11, 13, 15, 16), filtered by filter element (23) and supplied to the consumer device (14). Excess liquid not required by the consumer device (14) is returned through liquid return line (15) to the controller (24) which directs the liquid either to the filter element (23) or the storage vessel (10), depending on the liquid temperature. The controller (24) and the filter element (23) are arranged in a common housing (18) having connectors for an unfiltered liquid inlet (19), a filtered liquid outlet (20), a liquid return (21) and a liquid outlet (22). The connectors (19, 20, 21) fixed to the housing enable rapid and simple assembly of the liquid circuit.

    摘要： A liquid filter suitable for motor vehicles which includes a filter head (11), a vessel (12) and a filter element (16) disposed within the vessel (12) sealingly separating an inlet (14) from an outlet (15) such that liquid from the inlet must flow through the filter element to reach the outlet. The filter element (16) has guide projections (27, 28) positioning the filter element (16) within the vessel (12). Prior to installation, the filter element (16) is preassembled into the vessel (12) and fixed in position by pushing the filter element (16) into an element guide (29), after which the preassembly is screwed onto the filter head (11). When the vessel (12) is unscrewed from the filter head (11), the filter element (16) slides out of the element guide (29) and moves axially upwardly to free a volume V. Liquid flowing into the vessel (12) from the higher regions of the liquid filter (10) can flow into this volume, thus enabling drip-free replacement of the filter element.

The connectors (19–22) enable rapid assembly of the circuit.

    摘要： A filter element with a cylindrical structure having a filter medium 11 mounted to a support element 10. The filter medium 11 is fastened to the support element 10 in such a way that no relative movement between these components is possible. This creates a heavy-duty assembly between filter medium and support element and increases filter life. It is thus possible for the filter to withstand a pulsating load, e.g., caused by backwashing of the filter medium, without risk of destroying the sensitive filter medium due to vibrations or any relative movement between the support element and the filter medium. This assembly may be produced by mounting the filter medium under tension to the support element and by fixing it with a reinforcement strip 12. The use of valves with switching times of less than 0.4 seconds makes it possible to achieve extremely short backwash pulses to clean the filter without risk of failure of the filter medium.

    摘要： A fuel filter 10 for filtering diesel fuel, in which a heater 14 is provided which at temperatures below 0° C. warms the diesel fuel in order to liquefy the diesel fuel so that a filter element 13 will not clog. The heater 14 includes a heat transfer body 29 onto which a supporting layer 35 is applied, which is thermally stable and electrically insulating. On this supporting layer 35 a heating element is provided which heats the thermal transfer body 29. A protective layer 37 is disposed over the heating element 34 in order to protect it.
