摘要: A flexible biomonitor comprises a flexible substrate, a circuit apparatus, a plurality of gauges, a RFID sensing chip, a micro-antenna, and a power supply. The flexible substrate has a plurality of through holes formed thereon. The circuit apparatus is electrically connected with the gauges via the through holes to sense and treat a physiological signal. The micro-antenna is electrically connected with the circuit apparatus to transmit this physiological signal. The power supply is designed to provide electric power. Thereupon the flexible biomonitor can be plastered on the skin where the human body needs to be monitored to achieve the purposes of reducing occupied area and providing comfortable wear. Besides, it is capable of remote real-time monitoring this signal to achieve the purpose of home care.

摘要: An apparatus and method for frequency division and filtering are provided. The apparatus includes a memory unit, an extrema calculation unit, and an envelope calculation unit. The memory unit is for storing sample data. The extrema calculation unit is for outputting and storing a number of maximum values and a number of minimum values to the memory unit according to the sample data. The envelope calculation unit is for calculating a mean envelope according to the maximum values and the minimum values, wherein within a duration when the envelope calculation unit respectively calculates an upper envelope and a lower envelope according to the maximum values and the minimum values, the envelope calculation unit outputs a value of the mean envelope to the memory unit according to a value of the upper envelope and a value of the lower envelope with respect to a corresponding identical address.

摘要: The light-guide module for emitting particular polarized light beams includes a splitter for separating non-polarized light beams, a transformer for converting polarization of light beams, and a non-polarized light source. The non-polarized light source emits light beams. Particular polarized light beams pass the splitter and other light beams are reflected by the splitter. Polarizations of reflected light beams and of light beams emitted by the non-polarized light source are converted by the transformer so as to separate the light beams later. Thus the light-guide module for emitting particular polarized light beams loses relatively little light energy.
