    Abstract: Proposed is a height adjusting mechanism for a tiller handle (23) of an outboard motor (1). An adjustment piece (45) is detachably attached to the front end of a handle support bracket (22) which extends rearwards from the outboard motor main body (3). The adjustment piece is configured to be attached to the front end of the handle support member in two or more different positions and provided with a corresponding number of spacer portions (47-50) having different thicknesses so as to interpose a selected one of the spacer portions between corresponding stopper surfaces (41, 42) of the tiller handle and handle support bracket depending on the positions of the adjustment piece. Thereby, the height adjusting mechanism for the tiller handle is avoided from protruding laterally or vertically from the base end of the tiller handle so that the external appearance is not impaired and interferences with the surrounding parts can be effectively prevented. Also, the height of the tiller handle can be selected from two or more possible positions.

    Abstract: An electric vehicle can include a pair of left and right rear wheels configured to be driven by the rotary driving power of a motor supplied with electric power from a battery. A rear body can support the motor and rear wheels, and is attached at the back of a body frame. A battery box houses at least the battery, and is supported by a battery box supporting frame joined to the body frame below a seat of the vehicle. A monitoring board monitors the state of the battery, and can be located on top of the battery. A BMU collects information from the monitoring board, and a contactor opens and closes the connection between the battery and a drive circuit for the motor. The BMU and the contactor are housed in the battery box and in front of the battery.

    Abstract: A saddle riding vehicle having an accelerator operator includes an accelerator operation amount detecting unit connected to a second end portion of an accelerator cable having a first end portion connected to the accelerator operator, the accelerator operation amount detecting unit is disposed at a location less susceptible to the effect from an external force and steering of the steering handlebar with a space to permit removal of screws and other parts that may be dropped during the assembly process.     Abstract: Proposed is a height adjusting mechanism for a tiller handle (23) of an outboard motor (1). An adjustment piece (45) is detachably attached to the front end of a handle support bracket (22) which extends rearwards from the outboard motor main body (3).
