    摘要： A method for steam cooking includes introducing steam, from a steam generator device, into a food cooking container through a supply conduit so that at an inlet opening to the food cooking container the steam enters tangentially to a wall of the food cooking container. The generation of steam is controlled by a control system so as to provide a difference between the pressure in the supply conduit and the pressure in the interior of the food cooking container of at least 1 kPa.

    摘要： A steam cooking apparatus with a steam generator and several cooking planes in a common cooking chamber in which there are arranged a steam input opening connected to the steam generator and a steam outlet opening whereby a temperature measuring device is associated with the cooking chamber and is connected to a control device. For providing an energy-saving steam cooking apparatus for effectively controlling the temperature in the individual cooking planes there are associated with the cooking planes one or more steam input openings and/or one or more steam outlet openings and separate temperature measuring devices are arranged in at least two cooking planes. In a method of cooking a multi-component meal regardless of the cooking times of the individual components thereof this meal is cooked simultaneously without interruption in a cooking operation, whereby a uniform temperature distribution is selected and maintained in the cooking chamber for a meal of an identical cooking time of all components and a differing temperature distribution is selected and maintained in the cooking planes or cooking sections for a meal with differing cooking times for individual components.

    摘要： A diaphragm pump is provided for the pressurized delivery of dusts in a dust feeding device. The diaphragm pump includes a storage hopper which is subjected to inert gas at ambient pressure and which serves for the storage of the dust. A sluicing vessel is provided which is connected via an inlet in the upper region, via a shut-off fitting and via a dust supply line to the dust store of the storage hopper, and is connected via an outlet in the lower region and via a shut-off fitting to a high-pressure device. A diaphragm is mounted in the sluicing vessel. An expansion line is provided, one end of which is connected via a filter element to the sluicing vessel and into which a shut-off fitting is incorporated. The diaphragm pump includes charging line which is connected via a filter element and via a shut-off fitting to the sluicing vessel.

    摘要： A steam generator for a household appliance. The steam generator includes an evaporation chamber having a substantially planar evaporation surface with first and second sections. A water supply line is in fluid communication with the evaporation chamber and a steam discharge line is also in fluid communication with the evaporation chamber. The steam generator includes a heat accumulator configured to heat the evaporation surface. At least one of a valve and a pump is associated with the water supply line and operable to control an introduction of water into the evaporation chamber. An electric controller controls the heating of the heat accumulator by the heater and the introduction of water into the evaporation chamber using the at least one of valve and pump. The first section of the evaporation surface is a starter section that is thermally conductively coupled to the heat accumulator such that heat flow from the heat accumulator to the starter section is limited compared to the second section.
