摘要: A position detecting system capable of detecting the position of a user as a listener in a simple manner. The position detecting system comprises a speaker system comprising a plurality of spatially-arranged speakers including at least a first speaker and a second speaker, a user terminal apparatus transmits a wireless signal to the speaker apparatus, and a position detecting apparatus which is provided in the side of the speaker apparatus. The position detecting apparatus computes the position of the user terminal apparatus based on a first time elapsed since the first speaker outputs a first measurement sound signal and until a receiving command transmitted by the user terminal apparatus in response to receiving the first measurement sound signal is received, and a second time elapsed since the second speaker outputs a second measurement sound signal and until a receiving command transmitted by the user terminal apparatus in response to receiving the second measurement sound signal is received.

摘要: An array loudspeaker is constructed by stacking loudspeaker rows in a plurality of stages, each of the loudspeaker rows being formed by arranging loudspeaker elements in the form of a horizontal line. The loudspeaker rows are arranged in a zigzag form by, for example, offsetting the positions of the loudspeakers in the left and right direction for each stage. As for a high range signal, a two-stage portion of halves of the loudspeaker rows is used to narrow the pitch of the loudspeaker elements so as to prevent the grating lobe. As for a low range signal, the entire single-stage loudspeaker row is used to alleviate the deviation with respect to the directivity characteristics of the high range.

摘要: A light-emission responder can respond to input of sound, realizes versatility of response, and can be applied to various use forms. A microphone (110) converts a sound wave into an electric signal. An amplifying section (111) amplifies the electric signal and outputs it to an AGC section (112). The AGC section (112) adjusts the amplitude of the electric signal output from the amplifying section (111). A filter section (113) outputs an electric signal in a frequency band f1 out of the amplitude-adjusted electric signal to a comparing section (114). The comparing section (114) compares the input electric signal with a reference signal. If the voltage of the electric signal passing through the filter section (113) is higher than the reference voltage, the comparing section (114) outputs a signal “H”. When a signal “H” is output from the comparing section (114), a drive section (115) allows a light-emitting element (120) to emit light. A light-emission response output section (116) is connected to the drive section (115). When driven by the drive section (115), the light-emission response output section (116) outputs a radio wave of a predetermined frequency.

摘要: A disc loading device in a disc playback device comprises a turntable for rotating a disc thereon, a holder which is provided above this turntable for holding a disc or a case housing a disc and is capable of moving upwardly or downwardly with respect to the turntable and a carrier which is capable of moving horizontally with respect to the holder for loading the disc or the case into the holder or ejecting it from the holder. A cam is provided in the holder which cooperates with a hole formed in the carrier to move the holder upwardly or downwardly in loading and ejection of the disc or the case. A clamper may be provided on the holder for fixing the disc to the turntable.

摘要: A shutter plate control device in a disc playback device energizes a shutter plate in a disc magazine case with opening and closing members provided in a main body of the disc playback device. The opening member engages with a shutter lever provided on the shutter plate in loading of the disc magazine case to move the shutter plate in a direction for opening an aperture formed in the disc magazine case for exposing the disc to a pickup head to enable the pickup head to read date recorded on the disc. The closing member engages with the shutter lever in loading of the disc magazine case to be displaced by the shutter lever and thereby permit the shutter lever to pass by without moving the shutter plate while it engages with the shutter lever in ejecting of the disc magazine case to move the shutter plate in a direction for closing the aperture.

摘要: A plurality of speakers are linked in the present invention. The linked position of each speaker can be detected. Audio signal is input to any one of the master speakers. The master speaker synchronizes the other linked speakers, and supplies audio signals to other speakers. It also controls the delay quantity of the speaker unit of each speaker. For a single speaker, the apparent width of this array speaker system becomes twice the width, and the speaker unit spacing becomes one third the spacing. Consequently, the frequency band at which direction is controllable becomes enhanced.Additionally, a plurality of microphone devices are linked at the top, bottom, left and right sides in the present invention. The linked position of each microphone device can be detected. Audio data is output from each microphone device to the master microphone device. The master microphone device synchronizes with other linked microphone devices, treats them as array microphones in the entire linked array microphone system, and controls the delay quantity of the microphone unit of the microphone device. For a single microphone device, the apparent width of this array microphone system becomes twice the width, and the microphone unit spacing becomes one-third the spacing. Consequently, the frequency band at which direction is controllable becomes enhanced.
