    摘要: There is provided a scattering film that can be used in organic EL light emitting devices and that not only improves efficiency for light utilization and improves viewing angle dependency, which have conventionally been problems, but also can solve the problem of reflection when lights-off. This scattering film for organic EL is used in organic EL light emitting devices. The scattering film comprises a scattering layer that includes a binder resin and particles having a refractive index different from the binder resin. The average particle size of the particles is 10 μm or less, and the coefficient of variation of the average particle size for the particles is 30% or greater.

    摘要: A communication conference system that enables users who have only a connecting unit via a telephone line network and users who have only an IP connecting unit to hold a talk session mutually without a need of an expensive dedicated conference server is provided. A talk session device 1 includes a network processing portion for transmitting/receiving voice information to/from other equipments via IP, and a terminal for inputting/outputting a voice signal. The talk session device 1 is connected to a handset terminal of a telephone 3 via an adaptor 2 that converts the standards (mainly a level) of the voice signal. The talk session device 1 is connected to other talk session devices via IP, and is connected to other telephones by a telephone line via the telephone 3. Accordingly, a user serving as a destination of the IP and a user serving as a destination of the telephone line are connected mutually.

In the sound emission and collection device, a plurality of speakers (11) have a sound emission surface arranged on the side surface of a case (1) so that a sound can be emitted in all circumferential directions of the sound emission and collection device. Each of the microphones (12) is arranged with the sound collection direction set in the center direction of the case (1). The microphone (12) and the speaker (11) have directivities opposing to each other. Accordingly, it is possible to minimize a wraparound sound from the speaker (11) to the microphone (12). Moreover, since the speaker (11) and the microphone (12) are arranged on circumferences of concentric circles, it is possible to obtain a compact configuration.
