    摘要: A boot for constant-velocity universal joint comprises a major-diameter cylindrical portion 2, a minor-diameter cylindrical portion 3 being separated away from and being put in place concentrically with the major-diameter cylinder portion 2, and having a smaller diameter than that of the major-diameter cylindrical portion 2, and an intermediate portion 10 connecting the major-diameter cylindrical portion 2 with the minor-diameter cylindrical portion 3. The intermediate portion 10 comprises a stretchable bellows portion 19 being connected with the minor-diameter cylindrical portion 3 integrally, and a rigidity-producing portion 11 being connected with the bellows portion 19 and the major-diameter cylindrical portion 2 integrally. The rigidity-producing portion 11 enlarges diametrically from the bellows portion 19 toward the major-diameter cylindrical portion 2, and additionally at least an outer peripheral surface 101 of the rigidity-producing portion 11 has a plurality of shoulders 61 in a stepwise manner. By means of the rigidity-producing portion 11, the rigidity at around the major-diameter cylindrical portion is enhanced, and thereby it is possible to suppress deformation at the time of assembling.

The main body member has a rectangular opening portion that is constituted of opening long side portions, opening short side portions, and opening R portions. The lid member seals the opening portion. The opening portion is configured such that each thickness of the opening R portions is larger than each thickness of the opening long side portions respectively. In addition, the opening portion and a lid peripheral edge portion are welded to each other in an airtight manner along an entire circumference thereof, by an energy beam that is radiated from outside the lid member in a thickness direction thereof.

    摘要: [Object] To determine an alloyed position more precisely even in processes in which induction heating is used in a previous section of alloying, which have been becoming more common in recent years, and a steel sheet is alloyed by being gradually cooled in a heat holding zone.[Solution] An alloyed position determining method includes a step for acquiring information regarding a result of measurement of radiance from each of a plurality of radiation thermometers installed in a vicinity of a heat holding zone in a hot dip galvanizing line of a steel sheet and along a conveying direction of the steel sheet in the heat holding zone, the radiation thermometers measuring radiance of the steel sheet conveyed, a step for estimating steel sheet temperatures at installation positions of the radiation thermometers by use of information regarding a temperature decreasing pattern of the steel sheet, accompanied by a position change in the conveying direction in the heat holding zone, and information regarding the installation positions of the radiation thermometers, a step for calculating emissivity at the installation positions of the radiation thermometers by use of the estimated steel sheet temperatures at the installation positions of the radiation thermometers and the information regarding the result of measurement of radiance, and a step for determining an alloyed position based on the calculated emissivity.

    摘要: In a manufacturing method of a sealed battery, a positive terminal is provided on one end portion of a lid and a negative terminal is provided on another end portion of the lid. An end surface on the positive terminal side of the lid is inserted into an opening, and made to contact an inside wall of the opening. Then, an end surface on the negative terminal side of the lid is inserted into the opening, and the battery can and the lid are welded together. Therefore, even if metal foreign bodies get into the battery can at the time of manufacture, they will get in on the negative terminal side, so a decrease in voltage of the sealed battery is able to be suppressed.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a method for producing a hollow fiber membrane sheet-like object including: a connecting process of forming a ring-shaped section by winding a hollow fiber membrane capable of being continuously supplied, around two or more rolls so as to surround the two or more rolls and connecting a leading end portion of the wound hollow fiber membrane and an adjacent hollow fiber membrane, or of putting a ring-shaped section created in advance, on two or more rolls, and connecting a leading end portion of a hollow fiber membrane capable of being continuously supplied, to the ring-shaped section; a winding process of winding the hollow fiber membrane around the rolls by moving the leading end portion of the hollow fiber membrane by rotating at least one roll of the two or more rolls; a fixing process of forming a fixed section by fixing the hollow fiber membrane wound around the two or more rolls, into the form of a sheet in a width direction; and a cutting process of performing cutting-out along the fixed section, thereby obtaining a sheet-like object to which end portions of the hollow fiber membranes are connected in the width direction. According to the present invention, a hollow fiber membrane sheet-like object can be produced with a simple configuration and a change in sheet length can be easily performed.
