    摘要: The nail clipper contains a pair of blade bodies each having a cutting edge, a lever to be operated for bringing the cutting edges of the blade bodies into press contact with each other and a supporting shaft for linking the lever to the blade bodies; the cutting edges of the blade bodies being brought into press contact with each other by pressing the blade bodies with the lever against resilience of the blade bodies. The nail clipper is provided with bosses formed either on the lever or on the supporting shaft, so as to allow the supporting shaft to pivotally support the lever; and grooves formed on the rest of the supporting shaft and the lever, with which the bosses are engaged. Each groove has a mouth portion through which the boss is engaged and disengaged, a guiding portion capable of pivotally supporting the boss, and a connecting portion connecting the mouth portion and the guiding portion to each other. The groove has a pair of side wall surfaces opposing each other in the mouth portion, connecting portion and guiding portion and also a bottom surface connecting the side wall surfaces to each other.

    摘要: A connector is provided to ensure the strength of a tubular engaging portion and to prevent a breakage of a locking portion during connection with a mating connector. The connector includes a terminal fitting 20 that is inserted to a proper position in a tubular engaging portion 11 of a housing. Locking portions 33 are formed on the outer surfaces of the terminal fitting 20 and are engaged with lock recesses 18 formed in the inner surfaces of the engaging portion 11. As a result the terminal fitting 20 is held so as not to come out. The locking recesses 18 are formed by recessing small portions of the inner surfaces of the engaging portion 11 sufficient to be engaged with the leading ends of the locking portions 33 and, accordingly, do not bring about a reduction in the strength of the engaging portion 11. Further, since the locking portions 33 do not project from the outer surfaces of the engaging portion 11, there is no likelihood that the locking portions 33 are broken when a mating connector is fitted on the engaging portion 11.

    摘要: A connector (10) has an improved operability by reducing an insertion resistance of a shielding terminal. The connector (10) has a housing (20) and a ground terminal (50). Contact pieces (56) of the ground terminal (50) are movable between a retracted position and a contact position and can be locked at the respective positions. A shielding terminal (15) can be inserted into the housing (20) at the retracted position where the contact pieces (56) and the shielding terminal (15) do not interfere with each other. Thus, an insertion resistance of the shielding terminal (15) can be reduced. Therefore, an assembling operability of the connector (10) can be improved.

Accordingly, even if the inner terminal (11) tries to come out of a dielectric element (13) upon action of a pulling force on a core (2) of a shielded cable (1), the rear end of the connecting portion (15) comes into contact with the locking edge (45) of the lock (14) to prevent such a movement.
