摘要： A silicon oxide removal apparatus for removing silicon oxide contained in an inert gas discharged from a silicon single crystal manufacturing apparatus, including at least: a contact means for bringing the inert gas discharged from the silicon single crystal manufacturing apparatus into contact with a strongly alkaline solution; and a neutralizing means for neutralizing an alkaline material contained in the inert gas brought into contact with the strongly alkaline solution. As a result, there is provided a silicon oxide removal apparatus and a facility for recycling an inert gas for use in a silicon single crystal manufacturing apparatus that can more effectively remove the silicon oxide contained in the inert gas discharged from the silicon single crystal manufacturing apparatus at low cost and enable recycle of the inert gas in which the silicon oxide has been effectively removed.

摘要： A system for developing the preceding logic to be implemented in a built-in microcomputer that is used while being incorporated in an electronic control unit. The system includes: a motherboard having a first CPU, a first memory, and a first interface via which the motherboard communicates with the outside, interconnected over a first internal bus; a core board having a second CPU, a second memory, quasi microcomputer peripheral devices, which simulate by software the peripheral devices of a microcomputer, and a second interface via which the core board communicates with the outside, interconnected over a second internal bus; and a PCI bus that links the motherboard and the core board. The development system is substituted for the built-in microcomputer in order to implement the preceding logic.

摘要： A semiconductor manufacturing apparatus for cleaning a semiconductor substrate comprises a high-temperature circulation type chemical bath which is filled with a chemical to be used for cleaning of a semiconductor substrate and in which the chemical is circulated and reused, a draining mechanism which drains the chemical in the chemical bath therefrom, an auxiliary fluid supplying mechanism which adds to the drained chemical regarded as a waste chemical an auxiliary fluid, and thereby heats the waste chemical, a heat exchanger in which the heated waste chemical is stored temporarily and a new chemical is allowed to flow, and which cools the waste chemical and raises temperature of the new chemical by heat exchange, and a pipe in which the new chemical having the temperature raised in the heat exchanger is supplied to the chemical bath.

摘要： An ignition coil energizing circuit is provided which has a signal generator for generating an output signal having a frequency corresponding to an engine rotational speed, a switching circuit connected to an ignition coil, a current detector for detecting a current flowing through the ignition coil, a duty control for supplying to the switching circuit a control signal having a duty cycle corresponding to a duty cycle of an output signal from the signal generator and controlling a conduction state of the switching circuit, and a current control circuit for controlling the switching circuit in response to an output signal generated from the current detector and maintaining a current flowing through the current detector at a predetermined value. The ignition coil energizing circuit also has a timer for generating an output signal when the switching circuit is detected to be on over a predetermined period of time and a current supply circuit for supplying a gradually increasing current to the current detector in response to an output signal of the timer.

摘要： Provided is a microcomputer simulator capable of quickly dealing with change of a target microcomputer to thereby enable a speedy development of software. The microcomputer simulator is a microcomputer simulator for simulating a microcomputer including therein a CPU and a peripheral circuit of the CPU, and includes a mother board including a CPU for executing application software to be processed by the CPU provided in the microcomputer, and an IO board for executing, at an FPGA thereof, processing of the peripheral circuit provided in the microcomputer and IO processing executed by the CPU provided in the microcomputer.
