    摘要: A silicon oxide removal apparatus for removing silicon oxide contained in an inert gas discharged from a silicon single crystal manufacturing apparatus, including at least: a contact means for bringing the inert gas discharged from the silicon single crystal manufacturing apparatus into contact with a strongly alkaline solution; and a neutralizing means for neutralizing an alkaline material contained in the inert gas brought into contact with the strongly alkaline solution. As a result, there is provided a silicon oxide removal apparatus and a facility for recycling an inert gas for use in a silicon single crystal manufacturing apparatus that can more effectively remove the silicon oxide contained in the inert gas discharged from the silicon single crystal manufacturing apparatus at low cost and enable recycle of the inert gas in which the silicon oxide has been effectively removed.

    摘要: A system for developing the preceding logic to be implemented in a built-in microcomputer that is used while being incorporated in an electronic control unit. The system includes: a motherboard having a first CPU, a first memory, and a first interface via which the motherboard communicates with the outside, interconnected over a first internal bus; a core board having a second CPU, a second memory, quasi microcomputer peripheral devices, which simulate by software the peripheral devices of a microcomputer, and a second interface via which the core board communicates with the outside, interconnected over a second internal bus; and a PCI bus that links the motherboard and the core board. The development system is substituted for the built-in microcomputer in order to implement the preceding logic.

    摘要: An ignition coil energizing circuit is provided which has a signal generator for generating an output signal having a frequency corresponding to an engine rotational speed, a switching circuit connected to an ignition coil, a current detector for detecting a current flowing through the ignition coil, a duty control for supplying to the switching circuit a control signal having a duty cycle corresponding to a duty cycle of an output signal from the signal generator and controlling a conduction state of the switching circuit, and a current control circuit for controlling the switching circuit in response to an output signal generated from the current detector and maintaining a current flowing through the current detector at a predetermined value. The ignition coil energizing circuit also has a timer for generating an output signal when the switching circuit is detected to be on over a predetermined period of time and a current supply circuit for supplying a gradually increasing current to the current detector in response to an output signal of the timer.
