Abstract:
The present invention provides mobile communication equipment (10) having a communicating unit (11) for communicating with a server and interface units (13, 14) removably connected to a storage unit (12) provided with an unique media ID, wherein the mobile communication equipment includes a controlling unit (15) for controlling the communicating unit and the storage unit so as to communicate with the server using the communicating unit; transmit the media ID which is unique to the storage unit and obtained from the storage unit via the interface unit and a content ID corresponding to an encrypted content to the server; receive unique information which is unique to the content ID and the media ID and necessary for decrypting the encrypted content not to be stored in the mobile communication equipment from the server; and store the unique information in the storage unit via the interface unit.
Abstract:
This invention provides an antipruritc comprising an opiate &kgr; receptor agonist as an effective component, a new morphinan quaternary ammonium salt derivative and a new morphinan-N-oxide derivative which are useful in treating pruritus complicated with some diseases.
Abstract:
A morphinan derivative or its pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salt represented with, for example, and an analgesic, diuretic, antitussive and brain cell protector having its derivative or its salt as the active ingredient are described. The compound of the present invention possesses strong analgesic activity, diuretic action and antitussive action as a highly selective &kgr;-opioid agonist, allowing it to be used as a useful analgesic, diuretic and antitussive. On the other hand, the compound of the present invention also possesses remarkable cerebro-neuroprotective activity, thus allowing it be used as a useful cerebro-neuroprotective agents.
Abstract:
There are provided novel antitussive agents different from existing antitussive agents or those under development. Antitussive agents containing morphinan derivatives represented by compound 6: ##STR1## or pharmacologically acceptable acid-addition salts thereof and those derivatives or their salts as effective components. The antitussive agents according to the present invention have strong antitussive effects as highly selective .kappa.-opioid agonists, and may thus be applied as useful antitussive agents in the prophylaxis and treatment of coughing in a patient in need thereof.
Abstract:
A voice transmission apparatus includes a jitter absorbing buffer unit provided in the receiving unit and which absorbs a transmission delay in the packets, and a transmission wait control unit provided in a transmitting unit and which links a packet to be transmitted when transmission temporarily breaks down to a queue. A transmission wait control unit 15 includes an accumulated time computing unit 18 that computes the accumulated time of voice data in packets linked to a queue 19. The transmission wait control unit 15 extracts an oldest linked packet from the queue 19 and discards the same so that the accumulated time computed by the accumulated time computing unit 18 becomes equal to or less than a threshold in order to continuously link a new packet to the queue 19, thereby equalizing the threshold to an accumulation time of a jitter absorbing buffer unit 21.
Abstract:
Information that is no longer valid due to the passage of time is not provided to a user. When a stock price information server acquires updated stock price information from a securities market network, a message that instructs that a predetermined application be started up and to which a term of validity has been attached is sent to a user terminal over a paging channel via an SMS server. When the user terminal receives the message, it determines whether or not the message is within the term of validity, and if it determines that the message is within the term of validity, starts up the instructed application from among a plurality of applications that are stored. The stock price information server then sends to the user terminal the stock price information that is requested by the started up application.
Abstract:
When data has been received by a sending and reception unit, a transmission control unit generates an ACK and outputs it to an ACK reduction unit. A reception interval measuring unit detects a time interval in the data which is received, and starts ACK reduction process by the ACK reduction unit if this time interval is greater than or equals to a first predetermined value. In this case, the ACK reduction unit reduces the number of ACKs which are transmitted via the sending and reception unit. An ACK interval measuring unit detects a time interval of generating ACKs by the transmission control unit, and stops the ACK reduction process by the ACK reduction unit if this time interval is greater than or equals to a second predetermined value.
Abstract:
A morphinan derivative or its pharmacologically allowed acid addition salt represented with compound I, an analgesic and diuretic having its derivative or its salt as the active ingredient, and its production process are described. The compound of the present invention possesses strong analgesic activity and diuretic action as a highly selective &kgr;-opioid agonist, allowing it to be used as a useful analgesic and diuretic.
Abstract:
An immunosuppressive agent which has low toxicity and which exhibits excellent effectiveness even if it is orally administered is presented. The immunosuppressive agent of the present invention is characterized in that it contains .delta.-opioid antagonist having high selectivity to .delta.-opioid receptor. The present invention also provides a process of producing a naltrindole derivative characterized by reacting naltrexone or a salt thereof with a phenylhydrazine derivative in a solvent in the presence of methanesulfonic acid.
