摘要: An aseptic filling apparatus of the rotary type comprises an aseptic chamber 12 provided for surrounding a path of transport of containers along with a turntable 41. An air discharge channel 71 is provided between the turntable 41 and the aseptic chamber 12. A channel control member 81 is fixedly disposed so as to cover the air discharge channel 71, and to be opposed to the turntable 41 and the aseptic chamber 12 with the channel 71 positioned therebetween. Seal clearances 101, 102 are formed between the turntable 41 and the channel control member 81, and a vent clearance 92 is provided between the aseptic chamber 12 and the channel control member 81. A collection pipe 112 is in communication with the vent clearance 92.

摘要: The purpose of the present invention is to provide a detection device that detects the occurrence of an event (so-called “double capping”) in which two caps are disposed on one container. To that end, the detection device (10, 10A) of the present invention has two types of sensors provided on a production line (100) for a commercial product in which an opening (1A) of a container (1) is sealed with a cap (2), said sensors being a proximity sensor (3) along a path where the container (1) moves and a sensor (4: for example, a transmission sensor) equipped with a transmitter (4A), which is inside the same path, and a receiver (4B). An area detected by the sensors (3, 4) is an area where the cap (2) is not present in a normal state (a state in which double capping has not occurred), but where a subsequent cap (2-1) is present if two caps (2) in a row have been attached to one container (1).

摘要: A container forming device comprises a container conveyor 21 having a plurality of holders 34 and intermittently drivable so as to halt the holders 34 at an ear bonding station S3 in succession, an upper ear pressing member 61 disposed above the ear bonding station S3 so as to be movable upward or downward for pressing upper ears U1 against an upper wall of a container body M1, and a pair of lower ear pressing members 62 arranged at opposite sides of the ear bonding station S3 so as to be openable or closable for pressing lower ears L1 against respective side walls of the container body M1. Each of the holders 34 comprises a bottom plate 51 extending in parallel to a container transport path, and a side plate 52 projecting upward from the bottom plate 51 and extending orthogonal to the container transport path. The bottom plates 51 of each pair of adjacent holders 34 are adapted to place the container body M1 thereon, with the side plates 52 of the adjacent holders 34 holding the container body Ml therebetween. The device further comprises lock members 91 for locking the side plates 52 of the adjacent holders 34 so as not to permit upper ends of the side plates to move away from each other when the upper ear pressing member 61 and the lower ear pressing members 62 press the ears U1, L1 against the container body M1.

The apparatus includes a horn having an elongated and flat sealing face and an opposing jaw with an action face including a pressing portion for pressing the packing material in cooperation with the sealing face of the horn to a define at least one transverse sealing zone of the tubular packing material. At least one groove is disposed on the action face of the opposing jaw for forming a molten thermoplastic resin bulge in a vicinal area of the at least one sealing zone on a side in contact with the fluid in the tubular packing material.

摘要: To provide a heat-sealing apparatus capable of achieving an excellent heat-sealing wherein no generation of defective sealing is found even when heat-sealing under severe conditions with a fluid, such as when filling/packing a vegetable juice abundant in water-insoluble vegetable fiber, without providing a ridge on the action face of a high-frequency coil. The high-frequency heat-sealing apparatus consists of a sealing jaw 23 provided with an openable-and-closable high-frequency coil 22 and an opposing jaw 25 provided with a sealing rubber 24 having a flat action face, which transversely heat-seals a tubular packing material with a fluid, wherein a groove 26 inscribed in the end portion on the container's interior side of the sealed zone where both right and left sides are rounded and narrowed, is extended, on the action face of the sealing jaw, over the whole area in the longitudinal direction along the container's interior side of the sealed zone, and a flash portion 27 for a molten resin is formed adjacent to the outer side on the cutting side of the high-frequency coil. The aforementioned groove 26 may be a groove wherein its width partially differs.
