摘要: An yttrium oxide-based sintered body contains yttrium oxide as a main constituent and 0.1 wt % or more and 5.0 wt % or less of zirconium on a ZrO2 basis. Such an yttrium oxide-based sintered body made with yttrium oxide and a certain amount of zirconium oxide therein is highly resistant to corrosive chemicals while maintaining superior resistance to plasma and corrosive gases.

摘要: A holding device including a ceramic member formed of a sintered ceramic material containing aluminum nitride as a main component, a heating resistor element formed of a metal and disposed in the ceramic member, and an electrically conductive electricity supply member in contact with the heating resistor element. The holding device holds an object on the surface of the ceramic member. In the holding device, at least a portion of the surface of the heating resistor element, excluding its contact surface for contact with the electricity supply member, is covered with a coat layer formed of a nitride containing at least one of Al, Ti, Zr, V, Ta, and Nb. Also disclosed is a method of manufacturing the holding device.

摘要: The iron loss of a dust core is reduced. A dust core (1) includes soft magnetic metal particles (3) having an average particle size of 5 μm or more and 30 μm or less, and a particle boundary phase (6). The particle boundary phase (6) includes a polycrystalline compound containing Al (aluminum). When a sectional structure of the dust core (1) is observed, an area percentage of α-Al2O3 in the particle boundary phase (6) is 75% or less. An average thickness Ta of the particle boundary phase (6) is 10 nm or more and 300 nm or less. According to the present invention, the iron loss is reduced.

摘要: A holding device manufacturing method includes a step of preparing a first joined body which includes a pre-machining ceramic member having a first surface and a fifth surface located opposite the first surface and approximately parallel to the first surface, a base member, and a joining portion disposed between the first surface of the pre-machining ceramic member and a third surface of the base member and joining the pre-machining ceramic member and the base member together. The thickness of the joining portion of the first joined body in a first direction, in which the first surface and the third surface face each other via the joining portion, increases from one end side toward the other end side of the joining portion in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction. The method includes a step of machining the fifth surface of the pre-machining ceramic member in the first joined body.

The reflective film is arranged on a side of the rear surface of the fluorescent body and includes a metal layer and ceramic particles dispersed in the metal layer. The ceramic particles are crystalline, and a melting point of the ceramic particles is higher than a melting point of a metal constructing the metal layer.
