    摘要: In a high pressure fuel supply pump for transmitting rotation of a cam to a reciprocating plunger via a tappet and a retainer, a diametric force acting on the plunger is reduced. The pump includes the retainer disposed on the plunger and a return spring exerting an urging force on the retainer in a direction of the tappet. A clearance between a plunger leading end and a tappet bottom surface opposed thereto is set to be greater than a clearance between a retainer bottom surface and the tappet bottom surface opposed thereto, and a clearance between a retainer inside diameter section and a plunger peripheral surface section opposed thereto is set to be greater than a clearance between a retainer outside diameter section and a tappet inner wall opposed thereto.

    摘要: Disclosed is a motor-operated flow control valve for internal combustion engines which has a longer useful life and does not cause a drop of torque generated by a motor at the start-up. A rotor shaft (9) is reciprocated with rotating motion of a motor (32), whereupon a valve head (2a) is moved to open and close an orifice for control of a flow rate. Specific frequency of a rotor unit (33) of the motor (32) is set to be higher than the secondary vibration frequency of rotation of a 4-cycle internal combustion engine. The rotor unit (33) comprises an integral magnet (25), a single ball bearing (27) and a resin-made magnet holder (26) for supporting these two members, the magnet, the ball bearing and the magnet holder being formed into an integral structure. The rotor unit is supported such that an outer race (27c) of the ball bearing (27) is held at its one end against an inner peripheral wall of a housing resin (14) and a preload is applied to the other end of the outer race (27c).

The rotational position of the motor drive is controlled to the stop position in the direction where the movable vane is closed and the stop position in the direction where the movable vane is opened. The motor drive is controlled so that the passage of the intake air pipe becomes the target opening by setting the stop position as an operation reference position of the motor drive, and setting between the stop positions as the driving dynamic range motor drive.

    摘要: High-response and high-power electromagnetically driven flow rate control valve with flange portion forming an attracting surface on an anchor, a first peripheral surface portion having a diameter smaller than the flange portion, and a cylindrical non-magnetic area opposing an outer peripheral surface of the flange portion with a third clearance interposed therebetween are provided, and a first fluid trap portion communicating with the back pressure chamber via the third clearance is provided. When the diameter of the flange portion is enlarged in order to enlarge the cross-sectional area of the attracting surface, fuel that is displaced by the anchor is increased, but is partly absorbed in the first fluid trap portion, so that the fuel passing through the fuel channel does not increase in comparison with fuel before the diameter of the flange portion is enlarged. Accordingly, the cross-sectional area of the attracting surface may be enlarged.

The driving force of the motor is transmitted through the speed change mechanism to an output shaft to drive the movable vanes of a turbocharger for turning. A first bearing supporting the output shaft for rotation is held on the cover, and a second bearing supporting the output shaft for rotation is held on the body. The position sensor is mounted on the output shaft of the motor. The reliability of the actuator is improved.
