摘要： A lyophilized composition comprising (a) a conjugate comprising a N-alkyl methacrylamide-based copolymer and an anthracycline glycoside linked through a peptide spacer to the copolymer and (b) a cosolubilizing agent may optionally also contain (c) a filler. Also optionally, a targeting moiety may be linked to the copolymer of the conjugate via a peptide spacer. An injectable solution of the conjugate is obtained by reconstitution of the lyophilized composition.

摘要： Physically and chemically stable aqueous suspensions of riluzole are disclosed together with the manufacturing methods thereof. Such aqueous suspensions comprise riluzole in particle form and at least a wetting agent, preferably a surfactant. Riluzole is in amounts from about 0.1% to about 20% w/v and has an average particle size lower than 200 μm; such suspensions are devoid of the known local (mouth) anaesthetic effects of riluzole.

摘要： The invention relates to vessels having high mechanical performances, whose structure comprises a plurality of superimposed layers, each being devoted to a peculiar function, said structure being composed by: 25-80% by weight of a fabric constituted by PBO fibres and/or fibres from polyester type liquid crystals and/or high molecular weight polyethylene fibres; 2.5-15% by weight of a polyimide film and/or a polyetheretherketone film; 10-40% by weight of a rubber solution based on a nitrilic rubber; 0-35% by weight of rubber blends having self-sealant aptitude. The invention also relates to a method for the production of said vessels and particular rubber solutions of said vessels.
