Abstract:
Provided is a method and system for controlling current characteristics in a transceiver having a transmitter. The transmitter includes a plurality of current cells. Each cell is configurable for operating in different modes. The method includes determining a first probability associated with transmitting data at a particular symbolic level and determining a second probability associated with each cell being used during a transmission at the particular symbolic level. Next, one of the modes for each cell is selected in accordance with anticipated performance requirements. An average current of the transmitter is then calculated based upon the determined first and second probabilities and the selected modes.
Abstract:
A linkage lock comprises a lock body, a linkage chain, and a lock mechanism arranged in the lock body. The linkage chain is formed via linking a plurality of link plates and has a first end joined with the lock body and a second end able to be inserted into and secured to a socket of the lock body. The lock body has a shaft. When intending to collect the linkage lock whose second end is unlocked, the user winds the linkage chain around the surface of the shaft with the shaft being a central axis to fold the linkage lock.
Abstract:
A system and methods for facilitating multiparty communications sessions with a plurality of participants and for dynamically designating a communications session manager. More particularly, a system and methods, including protocols, for: establishing a multiparty communications session between a plurality of participants and their respective communication devices in a full-mesh topology; establishing a dynamically designated session manager uniquely associated with a first participant of the multiparty session and, hence, such participant's communication device; as necessary, adding and removing participants and their respective communication devices from the multiparty communications session; and, designating, or electing, another participant as session manager when the first participant exits the multiparty communications session. The methods also enable participants to maintain consistent lists of session participants and establish peer to peer communication links between the participants.
Abstract:
A manually drivable food cutter includes a cap with a axle journal, a blade shaft including one or more blades disposed thereon, a vessel connected to the blade shaft, a base connecting the cap and the vessel, a gear shaft set above the base, and a gear part transmitting the rotation of the cap to the blade shaft on the base, the gear part including one or more gears. The advantages of the apparatus are that it can be conveniently operated and the units do not fall apart easily.
Abstract:
Provided is a method and system for controlling current characteristics in a transceiver having a transmitter. The method includes identifying a phase control signal from an adjacent current cell preceding the particular current cell in time and logically ORing the phase control signal from the preceding cell with a phase control signal from the particular current cell.
Abstract:
The invention relates to biological compositions comprising yeast cells that can be added to animal feed which upon ingestion by an animal can reduce the odor of manure produced by the animal. The invention also relates to methods for manufacturing the biological compositions, and methods of using the biological compositions as animal feed additives.
Abstract:
A charge pump includes a resistor divider connected between an output voltage node and ground and a comparator inputting a reference voltage at one input, and a divided voltage from the resistor divider at another input. A digital control circuit is enabled by the comparator. A first transistor and a second transistor are in series between an input voltage node and the ground, both transistors controlled by the digital control circuit. A pump capacitor is connected between to the output voltage node and between the first and second transistor, and being charged by turning the first and second transistors on and off. A first diode is between the pump capacitor and the input voltage node. A second diode between the pump capacitor and the output voltage node. A reservoir capacitor between the output voltage node and ground. The digital control circuit comprises a first shift register. The first transistor comprises a first plurality of parallel transistors, the first shift register includes any of a first plurality of DQ, RS or JK flip flops connected in series, and outputs of the flip flops control gates of the first plurality of parallel transistors.
Abstract:

The biological compositions can be used to retard the growth of colorectal cancer cells and/or prolonging the time of survival of the subject. The invention also relates to methods for manufacturing the biological compositions.
Abstract:
The present invention provides biological fertilizer compositions that comprise yeast cells and poultry manure. The yeast cells of the invention have an enhanced ability to fix atmospheric nitrogen, decompose phosphorus minerals and compounds, decompose potassium minerals and compounds, decompose complex carbon compounds, overproduce growth factors, overproduce ATP, decompose undesirable chemicals, suppress growth of pathogenic microorganisms, or reduce undesirable odor. The biological fertilizer composition of the invention can replace mineral fertilizers in supplying nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium to crop plants. Methods of manufacturing biological fertilizer compositions, and methods of uses are also encompassed.
