A communication apparatus going to acquire transmission right accepts input of specifying a communication apparatus as a main target of output among other communication apparatuses, and then performs multi-address calling of output data to the other communication apparatuses. At executing output processing on the basis of the output data, the specified communication apparatus executes output processing such as image output and voice output for notifying the fact of being specified. In a system of PoC service or the like where one communication apparatus among a plurality of communication apparatuses acquires transmission right of transmitting voice data, and then performs multi-address calling of voice data to a plurality of the other communication apparatuses, it is avoided that a target person of speech who is a main target of transmission of voice data among all users operating the other communication apparatuses fails to listen to a speech.

An image transmission method includes using a computer processor, acquiring operation information at a transmission device from another device that instructs to scroll an image; determining a scroll direction and a scroll speed based on the operation information; generating a moving image from a plurality of images that are sequentially displayed on a screen of the other device at a display time interval when an image displayed on the screen of the other device is scrolled to the scroll direction at the speed for a time; and transmitting the moving image to the other device.

A reception-process manager of a call server writes, in a transfer-voice-data storage, voice data contained in a voice packet received from the transmitter terminal which has acquired the talk right. A transmission-process manager of the call server determines the next transmission interval of a voice packet for each receiver terminal on the basis of determination information received from the each receiver terminal. The transmission-process manager reads out the voice data in a size dependent on the determined transmission interval from the transfer-voice-data storage, generates voice packet containing the voice data for the each receiver terminal, and transmits the voice packet to the each receiver terminal. Thus, the voice-packet transmission interval can be changed for each receiver terminal without stopping voice-packet transmission.

When a judgment is made that there is no accumulation of sound data that has not yet been outputted, the data output apparatus reads already-outputted sound data that was outputted previously and saved, and reproduces (outputs) sound based on the read sound data. Since it is possible to reduce occurrence of abnormality such as sound interruption in the data output apparatus such as an IP telephony terminal apparatus, a lowering of communication quality such as voice quality can be prevented.
