    摘要: A gear device has an outer cylinder fixed to a first mating member and a crankshaft inside the outer cylinder. An external gear is mounted to an eccentric portion of the crankshaft and meshes with internal teeth of the outer cylinder. A carrier is fixed to a second mating member. Rocking rotation of the external gear rotates the carrier coaxially to the outer cylinder. A cylindrical body is inserted in an axial through-hole of the carrier. The carrier has a first portion on one end of the cylindrical body and a second portion on an axially intermediate portion of the cylindrical body. The other end of the cylindrical body extends toward a corresponding mating member while protruding axially beyond the second portion. An outer diameter of remaining portions of the cylindrical body do not exceed an outermost diameter of the portion on which the first and second portions are fit.

    摘要: Disclosed is a fluororubber composition comprising (A) 100 parts by weight of a peroxide-crosslinkable fluororubber, (B) 1 to 15 parts by weight of ZnO, (C) at least one of a basic metal hydroxide and a metal oxide other than ZnO at a weight ratio of 0.5 or more with respect to the weight of ZnO, and (D) 0.5 to 10 parts by weight of an organic peroxide. When used for contact with biodiesel fuel, the peroxide-crosslinkable fluororubber composition effectively prevents material degradation shown in BDF while maintaining excellent compression set characteristics due to the addition of ZnO, as in conventional peroxide-crosslinkable fluororubbers, and therefore can be suitably used as, for example, a vulcanization molding material for sealing materials.

    摘要: A fluoroelastomer composition, which comprises 100 parts by weight of vinylidene fluoride-perfluoro(methyl vinyl ether)-tetrafluoroethylene terpolymer or vinylidene fluoride-hexafluoropropene copolymer, and 10–50 parts by weight of liquid fluoroelastomer having a viscosity of 500 to 3,000 cps at 100° C., can be made cross-linkable or vulcanizable fluoroelastomer composition upon further addition of 0.5 to 5 parts by weight of an organic peroxide and 0.5 to 10 parts by weight of a polyfunctional unsaturated compound or further addition of 0.5 to 10 parts by weight of a polyol-based vulcanizing agent thereto. The fluoroelastomer composition can give a cross-linked or vulcanized product having a hardness (Durometer A) of not more than 50 and distinguished processability and compression set resistance characteristics.

    摘要: An EPDM composition, which comprises a blend rubber comprising 100 parts by weight of blend rubber consisting of 20-80% by weight of EPDM containing 5-ethylidene-2-norbornene [ENB] as one type of diene component and 80-20% by weight of EPDM containing dicyclopentadiene [DCPD] as another type of diene component, and 0.5-10 parts by weight of an organic peroxide. Seal parts obtained by vulcanization molding of the EPDM composition show well balanced characteristics, even if dipped in hot water at high temperatures such as 200° C. for 500 hours or 300° C. for 24 hours, particularly with improved compression set characteristics.

    摘要: The disclosure relates to a composition suitable for use in mechanical power transmission devices. It has as its principal component a hydrocarbon oil which has from 19 to 30 carbon atoms, inclusive, and three six-membered carbocyclic rings and consists of a mixture of compounds having the following formula: ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1 is a divalent straight or branched chain radical C.sub.y H.sub.2y where y is an integer of 1 through 3; R.sup.2 is a straight chain radical C.sub.z H.sub.2z where z is an integer of 1 through 3; R.sup.3, R.sup.4, and R.sup.5 are the same or different alkyl groups having from 1 through 4 carbon atoms; l, m, and n each is an integer from zero through 3; and x is zero or 1; and wherein rings A and B are hydrogenated benzene rings and ring C is a hydrogenated benzene ring when x is 1 and a hydrogenated benzene ring or a cyclohexane ring when x is zero said hydrogenated benzene rings being saturated with hydrogen to the extent of at least 80% but less than 100% of the theoretical, and the composition can additionally contain one or more of an antioxidant, a rustproofing agent, a viscosity index improver, and antifoaming agent.

    摘要: A speed reducer for an industrial robot includes a speed reducer main body and a lubricant deterioration sensor for detecting deterioration of a lubricant in the speed reducer main body. The lubricant deterioration sensor includes a light emitting element for emitting light, a color light receiving element for detecting a color of received light, a clearance forming member forming an oil clearance in which the lubricant enters, and a support member supporting the light emitting element, the color light receiving element, and the clearance forming member. The clearance forming member is transmissive so that the light emitted from the light emitting element transmits therethrough. The oil clearance is provided on an optical path from the light emitting element to the color light receiving element.
