    摘要: A winding machine, useful as an air hoist, includes a winding portion about which a chain is wound, and from which articles are hung for loading and/or unloading thereof. The winding machine is rotationally powered by an air driven motor controlled by an air supply valve which regulates the supply of air to the motor by virtue of a built-in variable shuttle valve. An operation unit pneumatically biases a main spool in the shuttle valve in a desired direction and to a selected extent to provide, respectively, rotation in normal and reverse directions, by permitting adjustable flow-through of air from a supply line. A rotation suspending mechanism includes an air activated braking mechanism, normally biased to provide braking of the motor when not actively being rotationally operated. The braking mechanism is connected through a variable aperture to the air supply, such that sufficient air pressure provided thereto overcomes the biasing thereof. The opening in the variable aperture is determined by operation of a braking valve in communication with the operation unit via air flow passages, to variably operate the braking valve based upon flow of air through the shuttle valve of the operation unit, thereby disengaging the brake mechanism when sufficient air pressure is supplied to rotate the air driven motor.

    摘要: A cylinder head cooling structure and an oil temperature control system are provided for an internal combustion engine having a plurality of cylinders, each having a plurality of intake ports and a plurality of exhaust ports. The engine includes cooling oil jackets surrounding the spark plugs in the cylinder head, a thermostat attached to the front surface of the crankcase independently of an oil filter, and an oil temperature sensor disposed on a rear face of the cylinder block above the crankcase in an oil supply path formed on the cylinder rear face for supplying oil to the oil jackets. Oil passages conducting oil into the oil jacket are provided between two separate parts of a bifucated intake port and between two separate parts of a bifurcated exhaust port, and only cooling system oil reaching high temperatures is allowed to flow through the thermostat, thereby improving temperature control response.

    摘要: The ozone generating and condensing system includes an oxygen generator for isolating oxygen from an air, an ozonizer provided downstream of the oxygen generator for generating ozone from the oxygen, two parallel-connected ozone absorption towers provided downstream of the ozonizer, an ozone absorption switching mechanism for allowing the ozone to flow into one of the absorption towers from the ozonizer and for recirculating to the ozonizer residual oxygen discharged from the one of the ozone absorption towers after an ozone absorption cycle therein, and an ozone release switching mechanism for introducing the nitrogen generated by the oxygen generator as a carrier gas to the one of the absorption towers after completion of ozone absorption cycle to release the absorbed ozone from the one of the ozone absorption towers and further for causing the released ozone to flow into a reactor tower located downstream of the absorption towers. A purge valve unit is incorporated in the system to purge the carrier gas toward the reaction tower from one of the absorption tower which completes its ozone releasing cycle prior to initiation of its ozone absorption cycle.

    摘要: A pneumatic motor is provided with twin cylinders each with a piston installed therein slidably, disposed horizontally adjacent in a direction parallel to axis of a motor shaft interposed between the twin cylinders and arranged in a direction intersecting with the twin cylinders at a right angle. An association system couples the motor shaft to each piston and is arranged so as to convert a linear movement of each piston into a rotational movement and transmit the rotational movement to the motor shaft. The twin cylinders, the motor shaft and the association system are disposed integrally in a casing. The association system has each of a first eccentric shaft and a second eccentric shaft, which in turn are disposed projecting from the motor shaft in opposite directions at a phase angle of 90 and coupled with a first eccentric pin and a second eccentric pin in an eccentric state, which in turn are coupled in association with the respective pistons. A pinion gear is disposed in mesh with a ring gear mounted integrally in a motor chamber on an outer periphery of the first eccentric shaft and the second eccentric shaft, respectively.
