Abstract:
Described herein is a system for optimizing transactions conducted using a portfolio of payment devices by providing strategic content. In particular, content are assigned to payment devices in a portfolio of payment devices based on a frequency of a transaction type and a frequency with which a payment device is used. In some embodiments, a content may be generated for a payment device upon determining that a frequency of use associated with the payment device is below a usage frequency threshold. In some embodiments, a number of transactions associated with a portfolio of payment devices may be maximized by assigning content associated with transaction types that are frequently conducted to payment devices that are infrequently used as well as assigning content associated with transaction types that are infrequently conducted to payment devices that are frequently used.
Abstract:
A transforming and/or inverse transforming system, medium, and method for a multi-codec. The transforming system includes a first matrix storage storing 1-dimensional DCT (discrete cosine transform) matrixes corresponding to respective transformation techniques, a second matrix storage storing 2-dimensional DCT matrixes corresponding to the respective transformation techniques, a 1-dimensional transformer 1-dimensionally transforming an input image using a 1-dimensional DCT matrix corresponding to a set transformation technique, a 2-dimensional transformer 2-dimensionally transforming the 1-dimensionally transformed image using a 2-dimensional DCT matrix corresponding to a set transformation technique, and an enhancement transformer enhancement transforming the 1-dimensionally transformed image to improve efficiency of integer transformation.
Abstract:
Provided is a filtering apparatus, method, and medium for a multi-format codec, in which a blocking artifact of decoded video data is removed. The filtering apparatus includes a compression format detection unit, a block strength determination unit, a table determination unit, and a first filtering unit. The compression format detection unit detects a video compression format of the decoded video data. The block strength determination unit determines a block strength indicating a filtering strength with respect to the decoded video data according to the detected video compression format. The table determination unit determines a filtering table differently according to the block strength when the block strength is greater than a predetermined threshold. The first filtering unit performs filtering on the decoded video data in units of a block using the determined filtering table.
Abstract:
A transaction record linked to photos taken within geographic or temporal proximity to the various transactions of the record may create a visual way for consumers to interact with their transaction data. Payment transaction data including a customer identifier, a first geo-location of a point-of-sale terminal, and a transaction time stamp may be compared against a second geo-location of a user device associated with the customer identifier. In response to the first geo-location being within a predetermined distance of the second geo-location, an image may be retrieved or created. Transaction records may then show the payment transaction data and the image.
Abstract:
A liquid crystal display module, which can prevent corrugations of a reflection plate, and an assembling method thereof are disclosed. The liquid crystal display module comprises: a liquid crystal panel; a light source assembly; a light guide plate; a reflection plate; a support main; and a cover bottom, the reflection plate being disposed to be spaced a predetermined gap from the inner wall surfaces of the support main, the light guide plate being fixed to lateral stepped faces formed on a lateral inner wall surface of the supporter main while maintaining a first gap between the light guide plate and the reflection plate, and the light source assembly being fixed between an inner wall surface of a light incident portion of the support main and an incident surface of the light guide plate while maintaining a second gap between the light source assembly and the reflection plate.
Abstract:
Provided are a video prediction apparatus and method for a multi-format codec and a video encoding/decoding apparatus and method using the video prediction apparatus and method. The video prediction apparatus that generates a prediction block based on a motion vector and a reference frame according to a plurality of video compression formats includes an interpolation pre-processing unit and a common interpolation unit. The interpolation pre-processing unit receives video compression format information of a current block to be predicted, and extracts a block of a predetermined size to be used for interpolation from the reference frame and generates interpolation information using the motion vector. The common interpolation unit interpolates a pixel value of the extracted block or a previously interpolated pixel value in an interpolation direction according to the interpolation information to generate the prediction block.
Abstract:
The present system may allow a user to transfer data about a transaction card that has been entered in a payment application to be “on file” with a merchant. As a result, the consumer does not have to enter electronic payment information again as the data is transferred from the payment application to the merchant application where the card is then held on file.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a more advanced preparation method of organic-transition metal hydride as a hydrogen storage material, precisely a more advanced preparation method of organic-transition metal hydride containing aryl or alkyl group that facilitates safe and reverse storage of massive amount of hydrogen. The present invention relates to a preparation method of an organic-transition metal hydride comprising the steps of preparing a complex reducing agent composition by reacting alkali metal, alkali earth metal or a mixture thereof and (C10˜C20) aromatic compound in aprotic polar solvent; and preparing organic-transition metal hydride by reacting the prepared complex reducing agent composition and organic-transition metal halide. The method of the present invention has advantages of minimizing the numbers and the amounts of byproducts by using a complex reducing agent and producing organic-transition metal hydride safely without denaturation under more moderate reaction conditions.
