    摘要: Provided are a brushless motor control device and a brushless motor system capable of preventing impossibility of intended control of a brushless motor resulting from false recognition that the brushless motor is in operation in spite of stoppage of the brushless motor. A brushless motor control unit calculates a voltage instruction, representing voltages to be applied to the brushless motor, according to a control instruction supplied from an upper control device. A position error calculation unit calculates and estimates a position error between d-q-axes and dc-qc-axes as rotational coordinate axes by use of the voltage instruction outputted by the brushless motor control unit, current values acquired by a coordinate transformation unit and revolution speed for control of the brushless motor. A fault detection unit judges whether the brushless motor is faulty or not based on the position error calculated by the position error calculation unit.

    摘要: A press-machined fuel induction pipe 40, a hollow tubular type of fixed core 1 with a flange at its upper end, and a nozzle holder 18 that was press-machined into a slender tubular shape and has an orifice plate equipped with a valve seat at the lower end of the nozzle holder, are connected by welding. The upper inner surface of nozzle holder 18 and the outer surface of fixed core 1 are welded after being press-fit. A movable core 14 and a valve body 16 are connected to the welded assembly via a point 15 having a spring function. On the outer surface of nozzle holder 18 is provided an electromagnetic coil 2, the outside of which is provided with a tubular yoke 4 whose upper end is connected by welding to the flange 1a of fixed core 1 and whose lower end is press-fit on the outer surface of nozzle holder 18.

    摘要: The improved CVT control apparatus for a vehicle is disclosed. By using the CVT control apparatus, it becomes possible that the drive feeling is constant independently of a running state, the vehicle is accelerated as the driver's intention if accelerated due to the actuation of an accelerator pedal, and the run of the vehicle is performed so as to improve the fuel consumption rate if the acceleration is not required. By always calculating a correct driving torque, the transmission gear ratio is calculated to obtain the target driving torque set based on the amount of actuation of an accelerator pedal, and the obtained target driving torque is corrected by the gradient of a road obtained from the calculated driving torque. Further, the gear ratio which aims at the improvement of acceleration and the gear ratio which aims at the improvement of the rate of fuel consumption are weighted and combined with each other, and the optimum gear ratio is obtained by using fuzzy inference.

    摘要: Disclosed is a throttle device for an internal-combustion engine, in which, on one side of the side wall of a throttle body, there are formed a space for mounting a reduction gear mechanism which transmits the power from a motor to a throttle valve shaft and a default opening setting mechanism for holding a throttle valve opening at a specific opening (default opening) when the ignition switch is in off position, and a gear cover mounting frame which edges the mounting space. The frame is formed lower than the mounting level of the reduction gear mechanism. A gear cover for covering the gear mounting space is attached on the frame. A stopper for defining the default opening and a stopper for defining the full-closed position of the throttle valve are juxtaposed so as to enable position adjustments in the same direction. These stoppers serve to stop a default lever and a throttle gear, thereby enabling downsizing, weight reduction, and rationalization of fabrication and adjustments of an electronically controlled throttle device.

    摘要: A center core 1, a secondary coil 3 wound at a secondary bobbin 2 and a primary coil 5 wound at a primary bobbin 4 are placed concentrically inside a coil case 6 in sequence from the inside of the coil case. The radial thickness of the bobbin at the low-voltage side 3a and the high-voltage side 3c of the secondary coil, each located at the both ends of the secondary coil, is made larger than the radial thickness of the bobbin at the center part 3b of the secondary coil. The radial thickness of an insulating layer 8 between the secondary coil 3 and the primary coil 5 at the low-voltage side 3a of the secondary coil is smaller and the radial thickness of the insulating layer at the high-voltage side 3b of the secondary coil is larger.
