Said monitoring module (30), set locally at said process station (20) comprises means (32″) for acquisition and processing of the measurement signals (R), which in turn comprise means (33) for encoding said measurement signals (R) generated by said sensor means (17) into encoded signals, and wireless transmission means (42) associated to said acquisition means (32″) configured for sending the encoded signals (T; T1) generated by said acquisition means (32″) to corresponding wireless receiver means (82; 43) comprised in said remote workstation (50) that comprises said means for managing the production flow (19) and said processing means (9), which operate on signals (T; T1) generated by said acquisition means (32″) to obtain information on the quality of the process, said acquisition means (32″) comprising a voltage-to-frequency converter (72) for converting said measurement signals (R) into a pulse train (T1) at a variable frequency greater than or equal to 65 536 Hz.

    摘要: A system and a method for controlling the quality of an industrial process, of the type that comprises the steps of: providing one or more reference signals for the industrial process; acquiring one or more real signals that are indicative of the quality of said industrial process; and comparing said one or more reference signals with said one or more real signals in order to identify defects in said industrial process. According to the invention, the method moreover comprises the operations of: obtaining a transformed signal from said reference signal; obtaining a transformed signal from said real signal; and calculating energies of said transformed reference signal and said real signal, respectively, said comparison operation comprising; comparing with one another said energies of said transformed reference signal and said transformed real signal, respectively, in order to extract corresponding time-frequency distribution for selected frequency values; calculating energies of said time-frequency distributions; and comparing the energies of said time-frequency distributions with threshold values in order to identify energy values associated to defects.

    摘要: In a system for the control of the quality of a laser cut or perforation, comprising means to focus a laser beam onto a cut or perforation zone, photodiode sensor means to detect the radiation emitted by the cut or perforation zone, and a control and processing electronic unit to process the signals emitted by said sensor means an optical filter is provided that is associated with said photodiode sensor means to select an optical band around 620 nm. The signal coming from said sensor means is acquired with a frequency comprised between 10 and 60 kHz and filtered with a band-pass filter between 7 and 16 kHz. In this way the control of the quality of the cut or perforation can be carried out on the basis of the sole signal thus processed, without the need of a comparison with the predetermined reference signal corresponding to a good quality cut or perforation.
