摘要: A binder for an all-solid-state secondary battery, which can suppress binder migration in a production process for an electrode of an all-solid-state secondary battery, leading to satisfactory binding properties and flexibility of the resultant electrode, and to excellent lithium ion conductivity, and by extension, can achieve a satisfactory cycle life characteristic. The binder for an all-solid-state secondary battery includes a conjugated diene-based polymer (A) that has a conjugated diene unit based on a conjugated diene compound, and has a solubility parameter (SP value) of 16.80 MPa1/2 or more and 17.80 Mpa1/2 or less.

摘要: A binder composition for an all-solid-state secondary battery, may have excellent long-term storage stability and lithium ion conductivity, and may be capable of achieving a satisfactory cycle life characteristic even under a high voltage. Such a binder composition for an all-solid-state secondary battery may include: a polymer (A) having an aromatic vinyl unit based on an aromatic vinyl compound and a conjugated diene unit based on a conjugated diene compound; an anti-aging agent (B) at 200 ppm or more and 5,000 ppm or less with respect to a total mass of the binder composition for an all-solid-state secondary battery; and a liquid medium (C).

Such binder compositions may include: a polymer (A); and a liquid medium (B), wherein, with respect to 100 parts by mass in total of repeating units contained in the polymer (A), the polymer (A) contains: 20 parts by mass to 60 parts by mass of a repeating unit (a1) derived from a conjugated diene compound; 35 parts by mass to 75 parts by mass of a repeating unit (a2) derived from an aromatic vinyl compound; and 1 part by mass to 10 parts by mass of a repeating unit (a3) derived from an unsaturated carboxylic acid, and wherein a THF-soluble component of the polymer (A) has a weight average molecular weight of from 100,000 to 600,000.

摘要: A cross-linked product obtained through crosslinking a polymer composition that contains a rubber component, an inorganic filler and a cross-linking agent and that satisfies conditions (a) to (c): (a) the rubber component contains a conjugated diene-based polymer (A) having, when composition ratios (molar ratios) in the conjugated diene-based polymer (A) of structural units represented by formulae (1) to (4) are p, q, r, and s, respectively, a value α represented by formula (i) of 0.80 or more and 0.97 or less; (b) a blending ratio of the conjugated diene-based polymer (A) is 10% by mass or more relative to a total amount of the rubber component; and (c) a blending ratio of the inorganic filler is 40 to 150 parts by mass relative to 100 parts by mass of the rubber component, wherein the Tg of the cross-linked product is −25° C. or lower.

The binder composition for an electrical storage device according to the present disclosure includes: a polymer (A); and a liquid medium (B), wherein, with respect to 100 mass % in total of repeating units contained in the polymer (A), the polymer (A) contains: 15 mass % to 60 mass % of a repeating unit (a1) derived from a conjugated diene compound; and 1 mass % to 30 mass % of a repeating unit (a2) derived from an unsaturated carboxylic acid, and wherein tan δ (loss elastic modulus/storage elastic modulus) in dynamic viscoelasticity of the polymer (A) has one peak top in a range of from −50° C. or more to less than 15° C. (tan δ1), one peak top in a range of from 15° C. or more to less than 85° C. (tan δ2), and one peak top in a range of from 85° C. or more to 150° C. or less (tan δ3).

The conjugated diene-based copolymer (A) contains an aromatic vinyl unit based on an aromatic vinyl compound and a conjugated diene unit based on a conjugated diene compound. The conjugated diene-based copolymer (A) has a storage elastic modulus (G′) of 4.0×104 Pa or more and 2.0×105 Pa or less and a loss tangent (tan δ) of 0.10 or more and 0.80 or less. The storage elastic modulus and the loss tangent are measured using a dynamic viscoelasticity-measuring apparatus under conditions of a measurement temperature of 25° C., a frequency of 0.1 Hz, and a strain amount of 1%.
