A thin film transistor (TFT) substrate and a method of fabricating the same are provided. The thin film transistor substrate may have low resistance characteristics and may have reduced mutual diffusion and contact resistance between an active layer pattern and data wiring. The thin film transistor substrate may include gate wiring formed on an insulating substrate. Oxide active layer patterns may be formed on the gate wiring and may include a first substance. Data wiring may be formed on the oxide active layer patterns to cross the gate wiring and may include a second substance. Barrier layer patterns may be disposed between the oxide active layer patterns and the data wiring and may include a third substance.

An automatic driving system includes: a reference driving information database for storing reference driving information including reference driving lines, reference driving speeds, and lane change information; and a navigation apparatus for searching a driving route from a starting point to a destination by using a position value of a vehicle and generating driving route information by reflecting the reference driving information in the searched driving route. The automatic driving system further includes a vehicle controller for determining a driving line and a driving speed by using the generated driving route information and performing unmanned automatic driving along the determined driving line at the determined driving speed.

The present invention features a terminal assembly for a motor of a hybrid vehicle as a wire connection structure of a concentrated winding motor, which can maintain a gap between a plurality of terminals using a clip and a holder in an insulated manner. Such a terminal assembly for a motor of a hybrid vehicle, includes: an open type holder with an open top; a plurality of terminals concentrically arranged and inserted into the holder; and a plurality of clips, each inserted between the terminals in an insulated manner to maintain a gap between the terminals.

Provided are an adaptive communication method and a sensor node for performing the same. The sensor node adaptively selects transmitted signal output strength and a wakeup zone of transmitted data based on a received signal strength indication of a control packet received from a sink node and existence of an obstacle acquired through a sensor, and transmits data based on the adaptive selection. Also, during an operation as a receive mode, the sensor node wakes up and determines whether to receive the data from the transmit node based on wakeup zone configuration information per sensor node received from the sink node and a wakeup zone selected by a sensor node currently operable as a transmit node.

In a display substrate and a method of manufacturing the display substrate, the display substrate includes a data line, a channel pattern, an insulating pattern and a pixel electrode. The data line extends in a direction on a base substrate. The channel pattern is disposed in a separate region between an input electrode connected to the data line and an output electrode spaced apart from the input electrode. The channel pattern makes contact with the input electrode and the output electrode on the input and output electrodes. The insulating pattern is spaced apart from the channel pattern on the base substrate and includes a contact hole exposing the output electrode. The pixel electrode is formed on the insulating pattern to make contact with the output electrode through the contact hole. Thus, a damage of the oxide semiconductor layer may be minimized and a manufacturing process may be simplified.

A semiconductor device and a method for manufacturing the same are disclosed. A dummy pattern is formed between a fuse pattern and a semiconductor substrate so as to prevent the semiconductor substrate from being damaged, and a buffer pattern is formed between the dummy pattern and the semiconductor substrate, so that a dummy metal pattern primarily absorbs or reflects laser energy transferred to the semiconductor substrate during the blowing of the fuse pattern, and the buffer pattern secondarily reduces stress generated between the dummy pattern and the semiconductor substrate, resulting in the prevention of a defect such as a crack.
