Abstract:
The invention relates to a spraying device including a tank which is open at its upper part, capable of containing a liquid to be sprayed, such as water, while being filled up to its opening, a piozoelectric element capable of emitting waves into the liquid and fan means for creating a circulation of air in the vicinity of the surface of the liquid. The waves are focused in the vicinity of the opening of the tank, and the cross-section of the tank (1) has a progressive constriction towards the opening (2) of the tank (1).
Abstract:
A liquid spraying device including an elongate first vessel closed at one of its ends by a first free face of a piezoelectric transducer capable of emitting waves into a liquid filling the vessel, and open at its end remote from the piezoelectric transducer. The piezoelectric transducer includes a second free face opposite its first free face, and wherein an elongate second vessel is disposed symmetrically to the first vessel relative to the piezoelectric transducer, the second vessel being closed at one of its ends by said second free face of the piezoelectric transducer, which is thus also capable of emitting waves into a liquid filling the second vessel, said second vessel being open at its end remote from the piezoelectric transducer.
Abstract:
A distribution network of electric signals in a piezoelectric or ultrasonic waves motor, is produced by depositing electrodes of conductive material on one face of a strip in dielectric material, that on the other face of the strip conductive tracks are deposited according to an interconnection diagram, designed beforehand to supply the piezoelectric elements with proper voltage. Drillings are made through the strip between the conductive tracks and the electrodes, and through plating or deposit of conducting material, these drillings are made conductive.
Abstract:
A piezoelectric rotating motor includes a plurality of piezoelectric elements, a disk-shaped stator having a center portion in which the piezoelectric elements are accommodated, a circular friction zone which is formed on an outer peripheral portion of its one surface and a connecting portion which connects the center portion with the friction zone so as to form a lever transmitting and amplifying the axial strain of the piezoelectric elements to the portion of the friction zone located in the same angular sector as the piezoelectric elements and which has a cone shape at rear side of the friction zone so as to thin its thickness from the center portion to the outer peripheral portion and producing a progressive wave forming an elliptical vibration on the friction zone by the composition of its three dimensional strain due to the piezoelective effect of the piezoelectric elements and a rotor being contracted with the friction zone under pressure.
Abstract:
A device for controlling the flow of a medicinal substance in an infusion tube by means of a valve comprising a sealing means and a circuit (24) for controlling the position of the sealing means. The valve includes a chamber (10) with an inlet (12) and an outlet (14), a bi-metallic strip (16) arranged within the chamber (10) and secured to one of its walls (18), a ball (20) secured to the bi-metallic strip (16) for partially or entirely sealing off the inlet (12), and a control circuit (24) for controlling the voltages (V1, V2) applied to said strip (16) in order to provided continuous and accurate control of the flow of medicinal substance through the valve.
