摘要: The present invention provides a process for forming a copper fine particle sintered product type of a fine-shaped electric conductor showing superior electroconductivity, which comprises steps of drawing a fine pattern with the use of a dispersion containing the copper fine particles having a surface oxide film layer, conducting a treatment for reducing the copper fine particles with the surface oxide film layer or copper oxide fine particles included in the pattern at a comparatively low temperature, and baking the resultant copper fine particles. Specifically, the process carries out the processes of; applying a dispersion containing the copper fine particles having the surface oxide film layer thereon or the copper oxide fine particles with an average particle diameter of 10 μm or smaller onto a substrate; and then performing a series of the heat treatment steps of heating the particles in the coated layer at temperature of 350° C. or lower under an atmosphere containing a vapor and a gas of a compound having reducibility to reduce the oxide film by a reduction reaction which used the compound having reducibility as a reducing agent, subsequently repeating a heat treatment combining an oxidizing treatment of a short time with a re-reducing treatment, and sintering the resultant copper fine particles with each other to form a layer of the sintered product.

摘要: A speaker having a drive cone and a diaphragm which can deal with higher output. The speaker comprises a frame, a magnetic circuit section, and a vibrating section. The magnetic circuit section is fixed to the frame. The vibrating section is housed in the frame and includes a drive cone (14) and a diaphragm (15) which are vibrated by the magnetic circuit section. The drive cone (14) has a coniacal cone body (47), outer steps (48) and inner steps (49). A plurality of outer steps (48) are provided at the outer edge of the cone body (47) while spaced apart along the circumferential direction. A plurality of inner steps (49) are provided at the inner edge of the cone body (47) while spaced apart along the circumferential direction. The steps (48, 49) are formed flatly along the vibrating direction of the drive cone (14), i.e. the direction intersecting the central axis perpendicularly. A gold thread (36) is secured to each of the steps (48, 49).

摘要: In order to carry out relatively accurate AF control while eliminating the adverse effect on a reproduced moving picture, a subject is imaged every 1/30 seconds, so that subject images are obtained. Image data representing the subject images respectively corresponding to odd-numbered frames are recorded on a memory card as image data representing the moving picture. At timing where the subject images respectively corresponding to even-numbered frames are obtained by the imaging, auxiliary light is irradiated onto the subject. A high-frequency component is extracted from the image data representing each of the subject images respectively corresponding to even-numbered frames, so that focusing data representing the degree of focusing of the subject image is obtained. Since the subject image used for focusing control is bright, focusing control can be carried out relatively accurately. The image data to be recorded is not affected by the auxiliary light, so that the reproduced moving picture is also avoided being affected by the auxiliary light.
