摘要: The present invention relates to the development of antibacterial biocellulosic patches/membranes for transdermal drug delivery. Novel high cellulose producing bacterial strain Komagatacibacter hansenii (MBS-8) has been isolated. The production and purification process of biocellulosic membranes is developed in such a way that the membranes produced are of desired thickness and length, suitable for drug impregnation in a cost-effective manner for the development of transdermal patches. Further, a process for efficient drug impregnation of Mupirocin in BC membranes has been developed. Weight and drug content of mupirocin impregnated BCM were found to be uniform.

摘要: The present disclosure is directed to a catalyst for carbon dioxide to methanol conversion comprising: 1-10 wt % of Nickel; 5-15 wt % of Zinc; and 80-95 wt % of metal oxide, wherein the wt % is based on the total weight of the catalyst. The present disclosure also provides a method for preparation of a catalyst for carbon dioxide to methanol conversion comprising: i) dissolving 1-10 wt % nickel precursor and 5-15 wt % zinc precursor in a solvent to obtain a first mixture; ii) adding 80-95 wt % metal oxide in the first mixture as obtained in step (a) to obtain a second mixture; iii) evaporating the solvent from the second mixture as obtained in step (b), drying and calcining in air at a temperature in the range of 350° C. to 500° C. for a period in the range of 2 hr to 4 hrs to obtain calcined mixture; and iv) reducing the calcined mixture as obtained in step (c) under hydrogen atmosphere at a temperature in the range of 500° C. to 700° ° C. for a period in the range of 1 hr to 3 hrs to obtain the catalyst. The disclosure also provides a low pressure process for conversion of carbon dioxide to methanol.

摘要: The present disclosure provides an organic selenium enriched edible marine microalga Nannochloropsis oceanica CASA CC201 with essential micronutrient Selenium, comprising organic selenium, along with omega 3 fatty acid and mono unsaturated fatty acid (MUFA). 摘要: The present invention is directed towards a process of RT-PCR based diagnosis of SARS-CoV2 and other related respiratory viruses without storing and transporting the naso-pharyngeal and oro-pharyngeal swabs in Viral Testing Media directly after extracting the viral particles from the swabs in a suitable buffer, and using these extracts directly, without involving any steps of RNA isolation/extraction, for RT-PCR based diagnosis of SARS-CoV2. The present invention is also directed towards kits for time and cost-efficient diagnosis of SARS-CoV2 and other related respiratory viruses at efficacies matching or better than the efficacies of the gold-standard RT-PCR method starting from VTM transported swabs for diagnosing the same. The present invention also directs to variant process wherein the viral particles eluted in suitable buffers are further subjected to the conventional steps of RNA extraction before qRT-PCR.

摘要: Antimony doped tin oxide-polypyrrole nano-composites for in situ and ex situ ppm level ammonia gas sensing at very low temperatures (room temperature to sub-zero ° C.). During synthesis, hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) has been used as a novel template for simultaneous oxidative polymerization of pyrrole as well as the polymer loading on doped metal oxide base. Usability of the above composition was tested for ppm level in-situ and ex-situ ammonia gas sensing in a very low temperature range (room temperature to −30° C.). Stable and highly selective responses to ammonia gas were recorded in situ and ex situ at the very low temperature range (room temperature to −30° C.). The revelation of very low temperature ammonia sensing property by the antimony doped tin oxide-polypyrrole nano-composite could be used for detecting meat and meat product spoilage under in situ and ex situ refrigerated conditions for cold storages and commercial preservations.

摘要: The present invention is related to a process for the conversion of used cooking oil into aromatics (BTEX) hydrocarbon as petrochemical building blocks. The process provides an aromatic rich hydrocarbon from used cooking oil in the presence and absence of steam/hydrogen over supported bimetallic alumina-silicates zeolites. The catalyst contains no precious metal entities and may contain one metal form zinc (Zn), a second metal (X), comprising at least one selected from cobalt (Co), gallium (Ga), chromium (Cr), Iron (Fe) and third elements from cerium (Ce), boron (B) supported on alumina-silicates zeolites. The present invention relates to a catalyst excluding novel metals to produce aromatics in a continuous fixed bed reactor system under atmospheric pressure. More particularly, the present invention relates to a low-temperature process to produce aromatic over alumina-silicates zeolites. The process provides used cooking oil conversion of 84-89% with aromatic selectivity of 87-91%.

If these are not restored in time, there will be monetary loss to utilities as well as loss of service to consumers leading to societal impact. Generally, permanent restoration takes several weeks. Hence, a temporary solution for quick retrieval of power transmission is required. This invention provides a temporary support structural system comprising light weight guyed masts (1) made of readymade robust modules (6 and 7), easy to connect connection system, two pin gimbal joint (8) and easy to construct foundation system (9 and 10). The invention is flexible enough to develop various configurations for single or double circuit transmission lines. It is also scalable and can be used for 33 to 800 kV transmission lines.
