摘要: A rechargeable battery controller is combined with a rechargeable battery and used in an existing PV system. The controller includes a DC-DC converter, which allows power to be passed between a power line and a rechargeable battery, and a control unit, which determines whether maximum power point tracking (MPPT) control using hill climbing is being performed by a PCS based on an input voltage or current value of the PCS. The control unit regulates charge/discharge power of the rechargeable battery to allow input power of the PCS to be a target value based on the input voltage and current values of the PCS while MPPT control using hill climbing is performed, and maintains, in a period during which MPPT control using hill climbing is not performed, the charge/discharge power to be the power at a beginning of the period.

摘要: A semiconductor device may include a device region having one or more active trenches, a field termination region having an edge trench. A depth of the edge trench is larger than a depth of the one or more active trenches. A thickness of an insulation layer in the edge trench is larger than a thickness of an insulation layer in the one or more active trenches. In some embodiments, the first depth is from 1.2 to 2.0 times larger than the second depth, and a first width of the edge trench is 1.5 to 4.0 times larger than a second width of the one or more active trenches. In a cross-sectional view, a gate electrode of the edge trench is laterally offset from the source electrode in a depth direction of the edge trench such that the gate electrode and the source electrode do not overlap.

摘要: On the outer peripheral surface of a part of a tilt operation shaft between sidewalls of a steering column, a pair of left and right protrusions are disposed opposite to each other which protrude outward in the radial direction. The pair of protrusions include mutually facing side surfaces formed as slanted parts defining a truncated V shape in a plan view such that the slanted parts get closer to each other as extending in the circumferential direction of the tilt operation shaft. When the tilt operation shaft is rotated, parts of a spring come into contact with the slanted parts of the protrusions and become elastically deformed, thereby pulling hold end parts of the spring out of tilt holes in wall surface parts of a tilt bracket.

The plurality of protruding portions (23) are provided so that the total perimeter of the protruding portions (23) per unit area at the ends of the first main surface (20A) in the second direction (x) is longer than the total perimeter of the protruding portions (23) per unit area in the central portion. By means of these characteristics, the solar cell of the present invention is able to effectively suppress delamination of wiring material (11) by suppressing delamination of the ends, which is where delamination of the wiring material begins when the wiring material (11) is connected to the busbar.
