Abstract: Techniques for generating an insurance claim include receiving pupil data from an electronic device. The pupil data indicates a gaze direction of a user. Environment information is received from the electronic device, including point cloud data representing an environment in which the electronic device is currently disposed and a plurality of objects located within the environment. The techniques include determining an identity of an object of the plurality of objects based at least in part on the gaze direction and the environment information. The techniques include receiving, from the electronic device and via the network, information indicative of an input provided by the user, the input corresponding to the object, and comprising at least one of a first user utterance or a hand gesture. The techniques include generating an insurance claim based at least in part on the information and on the identity of the object.

Abstract: Mutation testing can indicate whether mutants of a software application, created by intentionally altering source code of the software application, are successfully “killed” by test cases executed against the mutants. Mutation testing can be performed via parallel threads by, within each parallel thread, modifying individual source code class files and recompiling the modified class files to generate and test mutants. Individual mutation test results produced within each of the parallel threads can be aggregated to generate an aggregated test result report that indicates overall testing metrics associated with the mutation testing across the parallel threads.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method for presenting relevant information to a customer service representative of a business may include receiving a digitized data stream corresponding to a spoken conversation between a customer and a representative; converting the data stream to a text stream; determining one or more keywords from the text stream; comparing the one or more keywords with a history of keywords that have previously been searched; and/or searching a database for information related to the one or more keywords that have not been previously searched. As a result of the keyword search, information about topics that the customer is interested in, may be located and displayed on a customer service representative display to facilitate the customer service representative timely relaying the information found by the keyword search to enhance the customer experience. Exemplary keywords may relate to insurance and financial services, such as “auto,” “home,” “life,” “insurance,” or “vehicle loan.”

Abstract: Vehicles may have the capability to navigate according to various levels of autonomous capabilities, the vehicle having a different set of autonomous competencies at each level. In certain situations, the vehicle may shift from one level of autonomous capability to another. The shift may require more or less driving responsibility from a human operator. Sensors inside the vehicle collect human operator parameters to determine an alertness level of the human operator. An alertness level is determined based on the human operator parameters and other data including historical data or human operator-specific data. Notifications are presented to the user based on the determined alertness level that are more or less intrusive based on the alertness level of the human operator and on the urgency of an impending change to autonomous capabilities. Notifications may be tailored to specific human operators based on human operator preference and historical performance.
