Abstract: Techniques described herein relate to analyzing data systems to detect data deficiencies and generating user interfaces for performing user communication sessions to resolve the data deficiencies. A data system may include components and implement operations to analyze a related set of data to determine when to initiate a communication session with a user to resolve a data deficiency. The data system also may be configured to generate user interfaces customized based on particular users and/or particular associates to allow the associate to interact with the user to resolve the data deficiency. The data system also may determine when to record the communication session, store and/or transcribe the communication session, and/or associate the stored communication session records with the corresponding data in the data system.

Abstract: A system for instructing a user on repairing a vehicle configured to (i) receive, from the user, a request to repair a vehicle, including information about the vehicle; (ii) present, to the user via a user computer device, a user interface to allow the user to search for a repair facility to repair the vehicle; (iii) receive, from the user via the user interface, a selection of a repair facility; (iv) determine whether the selected repair facility is a select service location, where a select service location is a pre-authorized repair facility; and (v) if the selected repair facility is a select service location, transfer the information about the vehicle to a computer device associated with the selected repair facility.

Abstract: Techniques described herein relate to training and executing machine learning models configured to determine injury probabilities based on vehicle accident data. In some cases, a decision tree model may be constructed including various branching criteria based on particular vehicle accident data and injury ground truth data, including leaf nodes storing corresponding injury probabilities. A model execution component may execute the trained models to determine the probability of potential injuries associated with vehicle accidents. Based on the potential injury probabilities, a vehicle accident analysis system may identify target computer systems and/or target processes to be initiated on the target systems, based on the injury probabilities. In some example, the model execution architecture may be implemented using an event-driven system and/or cloud-based data storage and services to receive, store, and process data events associated with individual vehicle accidents.

Abstract: Insurance claims can be assigned to different claim processing groups within an insurance company. A machine learning liability classifier can evaluate claim data for an insurance claim, to predict a likelihood that an insured party has either 0% or 100% liability. If the likelihood of the insured party having either 0% or 100% liability meets or exceeds a threshold, the insurance claim can be assigned directly to a non-complex claim processing group that processes relatively simple insurance claims. Otherwise, one or more downstream claim routing elements can further process the claim data to determine whether the insurance claim is to be assigned to the non-complex claim processing group or to a complex claim processing group that processes more complex insurance claims.
