摘要: The present disclosure provides a method for two-phase partitioning production of a medium-chain fatty acid (MCFA) by dry anaerobic digestion. In the present disclosure, due to a slow heat transfer of the dry anaerobic digestion, a same dry anaerobic digestion device is naturally divided into two phases, and the MCFA is synthesized while producing electron acceptors and electron donors in the same dry anaerobic digestion device. Meanwhile, the dry anaerobic digestion device is provided with a high-efficiency decomposing microbial inoculant on an upper part and inoculated with sludge having a carbon chain extension function on a lower part. In this way, a material residence time is regulated, and cycles of hydrolytic acidification and carbon chain extension are shortened, thereby achieving the high-value conversion of agricultural waste while increasing a conversion rate of organic acids in the dry anaerobic digestion.

摘要: An automatic flushing device for a screen filter of a biogas slurry drip irrigation system and a use thereof are provided. The automatic flushing device includes a feeding mechanism, a filter unit, a discharging mechanism and a control mechanism, where the filter unit is provided with a feeding end fixedly threaded to a discharging end of the feeding mechanism and a discharging end fixedly threaded to a feeding end of the discharging mechanism; and the control mechanism is clamped on a pipe of the feeding mechanism. The automatic flushing device enhances the cleaning strength and uniformity of ultrasonic waves to the filter screen. The ultrasonic vibration rod is nested inside the upper filter casing through the externally-threaded hollow cap and a threaded top portion of the upper filter casing, which greatly facilitates the cleaning, replacement and maintenance of the ultrasonic vibration rod.

摘要: Provided are a three-dimensional carbon-based copolymerization composite, and a preparation method and use thereof. The preparation method includes dissolving a hydroxyquinone compound and a diamine compound to obtain a dissolved system, and subjecting the dissolved system to first reaction to obtain first reaction system; mixing the first reaction system and monomer, and subjecting a resulting mixed system to amidation to obtain an amidation reaction system; subjecting a graphitized carbon to first dispersion, ball milling, and second dispersion sequentially to obtain a graphitized carbon dispersion; and mixing the amidation reaction system, the graphitized carbon dispersion, a cross-linking agent, and an initiator, and subjecting a resulting mixture to polymerization to obtain the three-dimensional carbon-based copolymerization composite, wherein a molar ratio of the diamine compound to the hydroxyquinone compound is 1:(2-3); and the monomer comprises a carboxyl group and a double bond in a structure thereof.

摘要: The invention provides a method of pyrolysis carbonization and catalysis for biomass, which comprises: using waste biomass from agriculture and forestry as raw materials, conducting pyrolysis carbonization reaction at 630˜720° C. under oxygen-limited or oxygen-insulation conditions, obtaining biochar and bio-tar-containing pyrolysis oil-gas mixture after gas-solid separation of the products; treating the bio-tar-containing pyrolysis oil-gas mixture obtained with a biochar catalyst at 690˜850° C., carrying out bio-tar catalytic cracking to obtain small molecular combustible gas and light bio-tar, preserving heat and ageing the biochar obtained at 530˜650° C. then making a kind of biochar catalyst. The invention further provides an integrated device used for the method of pyrolysis carbonization and catalysis for biomass, comprising: a spiral feeder, a pyrolysis carbonization device and a catalysis device. The method of pyrolysis carbonization and catalysis for biomass and the device thereof according to the invention can solve the problems presented in the existing methods such as high energy consumption, high cost, and low utilization ratio of energy.

摘要: Provided are a carbon composite and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method includes: distilling a bio-tar to obtain a distilled substrate; mixing the distilled substrate and a biochar material to obtain a polymerization starting material; polymerizing the polymerization starting material to obtain a polymer; and mixing the polymer with an activator to obtain a mixture and subjecting the mixture to activation to obtain the carbon composite; wherein the distilling is conducted at a temperature of 120° C. to 150° C.; the activator includes sodium bicarbonate, and a mass ratio of the polymer to the activator is in a range of 1:1 to 1:4; and the activation is conducted at an activation temperature of 700° C. to 800° C. in an anoxic atmosphere for 1 h to 2 h, and the activation temperature is obtained by heating at a speed of 5° C./min to 10° C./min.
