摘要: There are disclosed systems and methods for managing object configurations within a structure. For one embodiment, a fixed object profile including dimensions and locations of ventilation of a building space and a non-fixed object profile including dimensions and a location of a non-fixed object are identified. One or more contaminant risk locations of the building space are determined in response to determining the air flow within the building space associated with an HVAC unit. The air flow is determined based on incoming air flow streams to the building space and outgoing air flow streams away from the building space. One or more object positions are provided at an output device based on the contaminant risk location(s). For another embodiment, the contaminant risk location(s) are selected from possible people locations. A person position is displayed at an output device, in proximity to the building space, based on the contaminant risk location(s).

摘要: There is a building automation system for smart edge management including first, second, and third agents, and a telemetry transport broker coupled to the agents. The first and second agents receive system data from external networks associated with field devices of one or more buildings. The first agent is associated with a first communication protocol, and the second agent is associated with a second communication protocol. The first and second agents publish first and second messages to the broker based on the system data. The third agent publishes a third message to the broker without regard to the external networks. The messages are associated with topics of the broker, and one or more agents subscribe to at least one topic of the broker. The broker forwards messages associated with a particular topic of the topics of the broker to the agent(s) subscribed to the particular topic.

摘要: There is described a system for translating clock domain for non-synchronized sensors comprising a first sensor, a second sensor, and an upstream device. The first and second sensors receive a beacon from a tag. Each sensor transmits a report including a beacon receive time in a sensor clock domain. The upstream device receives the reports and translates beacon receive times from the sensor clock domain to an aggregator clock domain. The translation is based, at least in part, on beacon reception data of the sensors, report transmission data of the sensors, and report reception data of the upstream device. The upstream device determines a location of the tag based on a delta of the beacon receive times in the aggregator clock domain.

The gateway receives a request for cards from the device, and the device receives the cards from the gateway in response to the request. Each card has a structure corresponding to one of multiple pre-defined templates. Each card has an assigned rank and is associated with a list of cards defined when the cards are ordered in accordance with the assigned rank. The assigned rank of each card is based at least in part on a user target profile associated with the user mobile device and the customer identification. The gateway comprises a processor that determines an assigned rank for each card based at least in part on a user target profile associated with the user mobile device and the customer identification. The device provides at least one card of the list of cards.

摘要: A building management system and method for sensor time correction is described. The system comprises multiple sensors and an energy manager communicating with the sensors. The sensors, distributed within a particular area, provide multiple time measurements in response to detecting an object traversing among the sensors in which the time measurements are associated with unsynchronized time. The energy manager identifies a predicted time for traversing among the sensors based on one or more distances between pairs of sensors and an average velocity of the object to traverse among the sensors. The energy manager determines a sensor time error for each sensor by cross-correlating the time measurements with the predicted time.

The upstream device performs an action in response to determining that a difference between the detected wireless signal and the expected wireless signal exceeds a predetermined threshold.

摘要: A flexible workspace system with real-time sensor feedback comprises workstations, a monitoring device, and an upstream device. The workstations are established within a predetermined area, and the monitoring device is positioned at each workstation. Each monitoring device includes a presence sensor and an indicator for the corresponding workstation. The monitoring device determines presence data, and the presence sensor of each monitoring device identifies a presence status of the corresponding workstation. The upstream device, located upstream from the monitoring devices, tracks a cleaning record associated with maintenance of the workstations based on the presence data and an occupancy record associated with occupancy of the workstations. 摘要: The present disclosure provides a system, method, and computer program for conditioning a building environment based on occupancy estimates. In one embodiment, the method includes tracking the user's entries to and exits from the building on a mobile device associated with the user for each of a plurality of users. Entry and exit event data from the users' mobile devices are used to estimate occupancy of the building. The conditioning of the building environment is adjusted in accordance with changes in occupancy estimates. In certain embodiments, where the building has a plurality of zones, each entry and exit event may be correlated with one of the plurality of zones. Occupancy is estimated within each zone using the zone-correlated entry and exit events. Alternately, users' locations within the building may be estimated using an indoor localization technique. Each zone is then conditioned in accordance with the occupancy of the zone.
