    摘要: An inverter, motor drive device and freezing device, with which it is possible to effectively suppress current beats in the event of over-modulation without requiring additional circuits. This motor driving device includes: a rectifier circuit that converts the AC voltage from an AC power supply into a DC voltage; a smoothing capacitor that smoothes the DC voltage output from the rectifier circuit; an inverter circuit that converts the DC voltage output from the smoothing capacitor into an AC voltage; and a controller that reduces the current beat component by estimating, using a phase locked loop process, the frequency, phase and amplitude of the current beat component in the output current of the inverter circuit, and corrects the voltage command to the inverter circuit on the basis of the estimated frequency, phase and amplitude.

The user interface enables a user to select an operating frequency set point and an operating voltage set point. The variable speed drive is configured to drive a motor at the selected operating frequency set point and selected operating voltage set point. The controller is configured to receive input from the user interface and control the operating frequency and operating voltage of the variable speed drive.

    摘要: A system and method of controlling an electric motor using a motor drive controller are provided. The motor drive controller includes a rectifier configured to convert an AC input voltage to a DC voltage, a DC bus electrically coupled to the rectifier, an inverter electrically coupled to the DC bus and configured to generate an AC voltage to drive the electric motor, and a control unit. The control unit includes a sign calculation module configured to determine a polarity of each phase of a reference current command and a compensation module configured to generate a voltage compensation command signal using one of the determined polarities of the reference current command and a measured current, and one of a measurement of DC bus voltage and a constant DC bus voltage value, the voltage compensation signal compensating the drive controller to neutralize a deadtime effect.

    摘要: A multi-speed electric motor may include a plurality of windings arranged into winding phase groups. A speed controller may switch two or more windings between a series and a parallel configuration in each winding phase group. The speed controller may also switch the winding phase groups between a delta and a Wye configuration. By selecting a specific configuration, one or more of the holding torque, torque ratio, no-load maximum speed, and volts/Hz ratio of the AC motor may be optimized for a given application. In some embodiments, the AC motor may be used as part of a piece of drilling rig equipment such as a drawworks, winch, mud pump, top drive, or rotary table.

The at least one switch comprises an operation switch. The control unit controls driving of the motor by controlling power supply from the battery to the motor when the operation switch is turned on. The abnormality detection unit detects abnormality of the appliance. The determination unit determines whether the detected abnormality is a first type abnormality that can be cleared when the operation switch is switched from on to off, or is a second type abnormality that cannot be cleared even if the operation switch is merely switched from on to off. The processing unit is configured to perform a specific process when it is determined that the detected abnormality is the second type abnormality.

    摘要: A motor control apparatus includes an inverter, a driver, a negative voltage circuit, a voltage dividing circuit, and a detection unit. The inverter includes an upper-arm switching element and a lower-arm switching element to supply a voltage of a node between the upper-arm switching element and the lower-arm switching element to a motor as a phase voltage. The driver applies a first voltage or a second voltage to the upper-arm switching element to control and turn the upper-arm switching element on and off. The negative voltage circuit supplies a voltage lower than the voltage of the node to the driver as the second voltage. The voltage dividing circuit performs voltage division between the negative voltage circuit and a negative power supply. The detection unit outputs a signal based on a voltage resulting from the voltage division by the voltage dividing circuit.

    摘要: In a control apparatus, a magnetic flux information acquiring unit acquires magnetic flux information of magnetic poles of a rotating electric machine. A fundamental setting unit sets a fundamental command value for supplying a fundamental current to a winding of the rotating electric machine. A harmonic setting unit sets, based on the magnetic flux information acquired by the magnetic flux information acquiring unit, a harmonic command value for supplying a reduction current to the winding. The reduction current is a harmonic current for reducing variation in a radial electromagnetic force acting on a rotor of the rotating electric machine. An operating unit operates, based on the fundamental command value set by the fundamental setting unit and the harmonic command value set by the harmonic setting unit, an electric power converter to supply the winding with a drive current that is obtained by superimposing the reduction current on the fundamental current.
