    摘要: A pipe having a pipe element for conveying a medium in a flow direction and having a flange element for connecting the pipe element to a connection partner. The pipe element has a pipe body with a media passage opening for conveying the medium in the flow direction. The flange element has a flange body with a media passage opening for conveying the medium in the flow direction. The flange element is arranged at one end of the pipe element in such a way that the media passage openings at least substantially overlap. The pipe has a sensor element which is arranged in the flange body in such a way that at least a portion of the sensor element can be in contact with the medium.

    摘要: An exhaust gas pipe includes: a plurality of pipe bodies which are formed in a tubular shape centered on an axis and are arranged in a direction of the axis and through which an exhaust gas led from an engine body flows; a connection portion which connects a pair of the pipe bodies adjacent to each other; and a gasket which is provided between the pipe body and the connection portion, wherein a flange projecting toward an outer peripheral side is provided a an end portion of the pipe body in the direction of the axis, wherein the connection portion includes a main connection body which has a tubular shape centered on the axis and a pressing ring which is provided with a facing surface facing the flange while sandwiching the gasket in a gap between the flange and the facing surface, and wherein the exhaust gas pipe further includes: coupling members which are provided at intervals in a circumferential direction and couple the flange and the pressing ring to each other; and a deformation prevention member that is provided in an outer peripheral region of the gap.

    摘要: Implementations of the present disclosure relate to a blind flange and a method of installing same for isolating hazardous energy in order to provide a safe environment for workers to conduct maintenance or repair work on a facility. The blind flange has a body that defines one or more modified bores. The one or more modified bores are alignable with flanged-connection apertures of one side of a flanged connection. The one or more modified bores are configured to receive and releasably hold a connection member therein, so as to connect to only one side of the flanged connection. The modified bores allow a blind flanged-connection to be disassembled and reassemble in less time than known blind flanged-connections when one side of the blind flanged-connection is disconnected from the blind flanged-connection. Furthermore, the blind flange of the present disclosure allows the blind flange to remain connected to one side of a flanged connection while the other side is disconnected.
