Abstract:
An irrigation insertion tool is disclosed for inserting an irrigation emitter into an irrigation tubing. The irrigation insertion tool comprises a primary lever including a primary fulcrum base coupling a primary handle and a primary jaw. A secondary lever includes a secondary fulcrum base coupling a secondary handle and a secondary jaw. A couple joins the primary fulcrum base and the secondary fulcrum base for defining a fulcrum. A tubing channel is in the primary jaw for receiving the irrigation tubing. An emitter socket is in the secondary jaw for receiving the irrigation emitter. The primary handle and the secondary handle converge for generating a mechanical advantage between the primary jaw and the secondary primary jaw. The primary jaw and the secondary jaw compress the irrigation tubing with the irrigation emitter and pierce the barb tube through the irrigation tubing.
Abstract:
A nozzle for use in an etching apparatus and an etching apparatus including the nozzle are provided. The nozzle includes: a hollowed main body having a connector at one end thereof and a main-body outlet at the other end thereof, a main-body connection part being provided at an outer wall of the main body, said one end of the main body being connected with a pipe via the connector and a nozzle sleeve including a nozzle-sleeve connection part and a nozzle-sleeve outlet, the nozzle sleeve being connected to an outer side of said the other end of the main body having the main-body outlet through the nozzle-sleeve connection part and the main-body connection part and the nozzle sleeve is movable relative to the main body in an outflow direction of the main body.
Abstract:
There is provided an exhaust gas processing apparatus which improves the removal rate of harmful substances and also achieves a compact size. An exhaust gas processing apparatus (10) absorbing gas by creating contact between gas and liquid includes: an absorbing tower main body (11) in which an internal space is formed; a spray apparatus (12) which sprays liquid in a prescribed region in an up/down direction of the internal space; and a gas supply apparatus (13) which introduces gas into the absorbing tower main body (11), wherein the spray apparatus (12) includes: a trunk pipe (12b) which extends in the up/down direction in the prescribed region of the internal space; branch pipes (12c) which are connected to the trunk pipe (12b) and extend towards the inner wall of the absorbing tower main body (11); and spray nozzles (12d) which spray liquid supplied from the branch pipes (12c), wherein the spray nozzles (12d) are installed such that an angle formed between the center line of the spraying region of the spray nozzle (12d), and the lengthwise direction of the branch pipe (12c) is an acute angle.
Abstract:
In a method of coating a particulate material, a particulate material is fed into a mixing chamber. The particulate material is agitated within the mixing chamber and conveyed to a mixing chamber outlet. A coating is directed into the mixing chamber and the flow of the coating is controlled based on the volumetric flow rate of the particulate material into the mixing chamber. The coating includes at least one compound selected from herbicides, insecticides, nutrients, wetting agents, surfactants, fungicides, biologicals, inoculants, and mixtures thereof.
Abstract:
A discrete flat dripper of the non-pressure regulated type of drippers or of the pressure compensated—flow rate regulated type of drippers, suited for being integrally installed within a hose, that comprises a body component whose configuration is essentially rectangular, wherein on its one side that is suited to being affixed to an internal wall of the hose, formed with an exit pool that it is elongated in its dimensions and substantially extends along the entire length of the body component, and with a flow passage circumferentially surrounding a substantial part of the elongated exit pool, and an integral dripper line wherein there are integrated at least one of such discrete flat dripper, and optionally and as enabled by the elongated exit pool, the water outlet opening that is formed at the hose wall opposite the elongated exit pool and within its boundaries, is in a configuration of a thin and long slit.
Abstract:
An injector head for delivering particulate material from a feeder source to a receiver is fitted with a plurality of splitter bars extending generally laterally from the sidewalls thereof into the space through which particulate material is fed as it flows into a receiver. Spray nozzles mounted to said sidewalls below said splitter bars spray coating material generally laterally relative to said sidewalls and generally laterally relative to the length of said splitter bars so as to coat particulate material as it passes over and to the sides and ends of said splitter bars.
Abstract:
A system to apply mainly phytosanitary products that use the principle of electrostatic attraction. A high static charge is imprinted on the microdrops in the nozzle with high flows of water using a simple industrial design and very low probabilities of failure. The system is very stable and reliable. An active water provider capillary tube is optionally used in the nozzles (as opposed to a fixed one), which results in a more efficient use of the air to micronize drops. The nozzles can be fixed or dirigible nozzles. A chemical product doser system is optionally used with injection in the nozzle itself.
Abstract:
A fluid hose apparatus with integrated nozzle includes a hose having at least one sidewall hole formed within a sidewall thereof. At least one patch is affixed to the sidewall of the hose, the at least one patch positioned over the at least one sidewall hole. A chamber is formed between the at least one patch and the sidewall of the hose, wherein the chamber is in fluid communication with the at least one sidewall hole. At least one nozzle is formed in an exterior wall of the at least one patch, wherein the at least one nozzle is in fluid communication with the chamber. A related supply line system for conveying and spraying a fluid and method of protecting an elongated hose from a heat source is also disclosed.
