摘要: The clutch disc for a motor vehicle friction disc clutch comprises a hub part and a disc part mounted rotatably on the hub part. The disc part carries clutch friction linings and is supported through springs with a multi-stage rotational elasticity characteristic on the hub part. Between a side disc of the disc part and a hub disc, an axially resilient control disc is braced. The control disc is supported through a first friction face pair radially within the space defined by the springs on the hub part and through a second friction face pair radially outside this region on the side disc of the disc part. A tab of the control disc couples the control disc with limited rotational play with the hub part. The friction face pairs determine friction torques of different magnitudes and are effective in alternation.

摘要: A torsion damper which comprises two coaxial parts mounted for rotation relative to one another within the limits of a determined angular movement, and against the action of springs. There is also at least one intervening device which is sensitive to the angular movement between the parts and which is movable reversibly between a waiting position, in which it is inoperative, and, beyond a determined value of the movement, an operating position, in which the intervening device causes a modification of the operation characteristics of the torsion damper. The torsion damper is particularly usable in clutch plate assemblies for motor vehicles.

The lockup clutch has a clutch input coupled to the casing, a clutch output rotatable relative to the input, and an actuating element for actuating the lockup clutch. The torsional vibration damper has at least one first damper stage comprising a first damper input part and a first damper output part, which can be rotated to a limited extent relative to the first damper input part by the action of at least one first energy storage element, wherein an absorber mass is attached to one of the damper components.

摘要: A powertrain mechanism in a vehicle having an internal combustion engine. The powertrain mechanism is provided for transmitting power from the engine to a gearbox. The mechanism includes at least one drive plate and at least one connection hub. The hub has an assembly section disposed in at least one assembly opening provided in the vicinity of the center of the drive plate. At least one protrusion upper section defines at an uppermost section of at least one protrusion provided mutually on an inner wall of the assembly opening and on an outer wall of the assembly section. At least one recess base defines at a lowermost section of at least one recess wherein the at least one protrusion is at least partially placed. The powertrain mechanism further includes at least one movement gap provided between the protrusion upper section and the recess base.

摘要: Six through holes are formed in pinion gear supporting portions of two input plate members working as a carrier that supports pinion gears of a rotary inertia mass damper. The two input plate members are opposed to each other in such a manner that the through holes are aligned with each other. The through holes support the pinion gear. The input plate members are coupled with each other by means of rivets passing through the through holes located on both sides of the through holes. This configuration ensures strength (rigidity) of the carrier, suppresses deformation of a planetary gear, and improves meshing accuracy of gears.
