    摘要: The present disclosure provides devices and methods related to park brake systems and methods. In various embodiments, a park brake system may comprise a motor shaft having a first diameter portion and a second diameter portion, the second diameter portion having a greater diameter than the first diameter portion. A park brake system may further comprise a spring disposed at least partially around a circumference of the motor shaft, a wire coil disposed at least partially around a circumference of a bobbin, a one-way clutch disposed at least partially within the bobbin and coaxial to the motor shaft, an annular magnet disposed coaxial to the motor shaft and distal to at least a portion of the bobbin, and a clutch release mechanism disposed coaxial to the motor shaft and around the first diameter portion. In response to a first voltage being applied to the wire coil, the one-way clutch may translate axially in a first direction relative to the motor shaft and engage with the second diameter portion; in response to a second voltage applied to the wire coil, the one-way clutch may translate axially in a second direction relative to the motor shaft and engage with the clutch release mechanism.

    摘要: A braking actuator uses a single cylinder without using a spring to achieve a 3-position operation. A partition plate and an intermediate check plate are affixed within a cylinder at suitable intervals in the axial direction. Inserted movably in the axial direction of the cylinder are a first piston disposed between a pressing lid and the intermediate check plate, a second piston disposed between the intermediate check plate and the partition plate, and a third piston disposed between the partition plate and a pressing lid. A rod which is axially movable within the cylinder has a base end attached to the third piston and a tip end which extends outside from the cylinder through the partition plate, the second piston, the intermediate check plate, the first piston, and the pressing lid. A stopper affixed to a middle portion of the rod moves the first piston or the second piston.

    摘要: Systems and methods are described for providing magnetic biasing of a carriage in context of linear guides. In one embodiment, a robotic mechanism is configured to travel on a platform assembly within a structural context. The platform assembly transports a carriage in a Z direction, and the carriage transports the robotic mechanism in an X direction. The carriage moves in the X direction along rails (e.g., and/or other types of linear guides) in a substantially floating or unbiased manner. For example, one or more alignment features on the carriage are in communication with the rails to allow the carriage to move relatively freely within an alignment region defined by the alignment features. When the carriage reaches its desired X location, magnetic features bias the carriage into a substantially accurate, secure, and repeatable position.

    摘要: A magnetic powder brake device of a motor used for oil production is provided. The motor has a turning shaft and an oil extraction pump, and is coupled with a magnetic powder brake. The magnetic powder brake is connected with an electromagnetic switch and a battery. The electromagnetic switch is provided with a power sensor and connected with a power source. When the motor is turned under a normal power supply, the electromagnetic switch is in a disconnection state and the battery doesn't supply power to the magnetic powder brake, so the turning shaft is not braked by the magnetic powder brake. In case of an unexpected power failure, the electromagnetic switch is in a connection state, the battery supplies power to the magnetic powder brake, and the magnetic powder brake is activated to brake the turning shaft, preventing the turning shaft from turning reversely.
