摘要: A system for controlling and/or regulating an electric machine, particularly a crankshaft starter generator, of a motor vehicle is provided. The system has prioritization devices by which different priorities can be assigned to demands on the electric machine. Coordinating devices are provided for coordinating the prioritized demands. When several demands occur isochronously, the demand with the higher priority is, in each case, treated in a higher-ranking manner.

摘要: A control unit controls a vehicle having a body to allow its user to step on, a power generator arranged to generate power that drives the body, and a load sensor unit arranged to output a load value representing a load that has been applied to the body. The control unit preferably includes a first memory arranged to store a load threshold value, a second memory arranged to store a plurality of data, which respectively correspond to different types of control processing to control the power generator, and a processor arranged to change to a type of control processing among the different types of control processing according to a result of a comparison between the load value and the load threshold value. The processor controls the power generator based on one of the plurality of data corresponding to the type of control processing.

摘要: To protect against overuse of a motor, such as may be used to control seat position in an automotive vehicle, an estimated temperature of the motor is determined based on an ambient temperature, a current applied to the motor, a period of time during which the current is applied to the motor, and at least one thermal property. A voltage applied to the motor is reduced, such as by a motor controller, when the estimated motor temperature is greater than a safe operating temperature of the motor.

摘要: The method for reducing motor shock of a parallel hybrid electric vehicle equipped with a continuously variable transmission calculates an upper limit of acceleration and an upper limit of jerk of the vehicle based on vehicle speed; calculates a maximum motor torque and a maximum motor torque change rate based on the calculated upper limit of the acceleration and upper limit of the jerk; and generates a motor torque command such that a motor torque is less than the calculated maximum motor torque and a motor torque change rate is less than the calculated maximum motor torque change rate.

摘要: In a current-limiting setting mode, with, the motor locked and with the accelerator 4 operated fully, the detection current value of the motor provided by a current sensor CT is displayed. The operator, while observing the display, operates up/down push buttons 13 and 14 until the detection current value reaches a predetermined current-limiting value, and a duty of application of current is stored. This feature makes it unnecessary to additionarily provide a current meter, and makes it possible for only one person to perform the adjusting operation.

摘要: An assist device for use in an electric vehicle capable of allowing a driver to walk the electric vehicle in power assistance at an extremely slow speed, preventing a sudden start of the vehicle, allowing the driver to monitor an insufficient capacity of a storage battery even with the main switch of the vehicle turned off, and determining an accurate charge capacity by eliminating the surface charge state of the storage battery when a charging operation ends. According to the present invention, firstly, the running motor of the vehicle is shifted to an extremely slow speed mode when the driver's dismounting is sensed and when the closed state of an accelerator is sensed. Secondly, a sudden start is prevented when the main switch is turned on with the accelerator opened. Thirdly, the reverse rotary motion of the running motor is transmitted to a stand mechanism via a one-way clutch. Fourthly, the operation of both a remaining capacity meter and insufficient capacity alarm means are continuously operated for a predetermined of time after turn-off of the main switch by means of timer means that is activated by the turn-off of the main switch when the storage battery suffers an insufficient capacity. Fifthly, the capacity of the storage battery is determined after the surface charge of the storage battery is eliminated when a charging operation is complete.
