The innovation relates to a method and a system for positioning objects, the method comprising detecting, by a central unit, signals from a plurality of receiver/transmitter units at least partly surrounding an area around the central unit; detecting, by the central unit, an absence of at least one signal from at least one of the plurality of receiver/transmitter units at least partly surrounding an area around the central unit; and determining a position of at least one object between the central unit and the at least one of the plurality of receiver/transmitter units based on the detected absence of the at least one signal.
Abstract:
A method that receives a visual media item and determines an identity of at least one intended viewer of the visual media item is disclosed. The method may further identify a visual representation of an object that is comprised by the visual media item and determine a relevance of the object based, at least in part, on the identity. The method may further generate a modified visual media item such that the modified visual media item differs from the visual media item, at least, by visual emphasis of the visual representation of the object.

An apparatus for providing access to a media item based at least in part on a route may include a processor. The processor may be configured to receive a start location of a mobile device. The processor may be further configured to receive a route. In this regard, the route may have been determined based at least in part on points of interest and the start location. The processor may be further configured to provide for access to a media item if a current location of the mobile device remains on the route.
