摘要: The invention has been made to solve a problem that as the cycle of a transmission clock fluctuates with respect to the cycle of a sampling clock for one bit on the reception side, a reception error occurs. To deal with this, every time sampling data is inverted in a reception data string, the sampling clock is re-synchronized. Furthermore, if there are a predetermined number of successive identical data, an inverted dummy bit is inserted for re-synchronization.

摘要: In a semiconductor memory circuit, a write voltage generation circuit receives an output voltage of a voltage boosting circuit to generate a write voltage to a memory cell. When the write voltage is low, a number-of-bits adjustment circuit increases the number of write bits of memory cells before write operation is performed. On the other hand, when the write voltage to a memory cell is high, the number-of-bits adjustment circuit decreases the number of write bits of memory cells before write operation is performed. The area and write time of the voltage boosting circuit can be reduced while the current supply capability of the voltage boosting circuit is efficiently used.

摘要: Systems and methods for semantic knowledge assessment, instruction, and acquisition are disclosed. In one embodiment a computer-implemented method for language instruction includes determining a lexical recognition ability level of a user within a lexicon of a particular language. This method further includes, based on item recognizability, creating a target list of unknown lexical items. The target list can be sorted by ranking the importance of the unknown lexical items within the particular lexicon. The method also includes generating a personal language learning sequence for the user based, at least in part, on the target list.
