Abstract: The present application discloses a method of fabricating a thin film transistor. The method includes forming an active layer having a channel region, a source electrode contact region, and a drain electrode contact region, on a base substrate; forming a first photoresist layer on a side of the active layer distal to the base substrate, the first photoresist layer is formed in a region outside that corresponding to the channel region; forming an insulating material layer on a side of the first photoresist layer distal to the base substrate; forming a first conductive metal material layer on a side of the insulating material layer distal to the first photoresist layer; and removing the first photoresist layer, the insulating material layer, the first conductive metal material layer, in the region outside that corresponding to the channel region by a lift-off method.

Abstract: An array substrate, preparation method thereof, display panel and display device are provided. The array substrate includes a base substrate and a plurality of thin film transistors distributed on the base substrate in an array. Each thin film transistor includes: a light-shielding block formed on the base substrate and provided with a first groove of which an opening direction is away from the base substrate; a buffer layer formed on one side of the light-shielding block away from the base substrate, a region of the buffer layer corresponding to the first groove being disposed with a second groove of which an opening direction is away from the base substrate; and a channel layer formed in the second groove. The structure uses bulges on two sides of the first groove to shield the light rays in regions without the thin film transistor, thereby improving the stability of the thin film transistor.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a touch display panel and its controlling method. The touch display panel includes a plurality of first touch electrodes and a plurality of first touch electrode lines arranged on an array substrate, a plurality of second touch electrodes and a plurality of second touch electrode lines arranged on a color filter substrate, and region scanning electrodes. Each first touch electrode line is connected to each first touch electrode, and each second touch electrode line is connected to each second touch electrode. All the first touch electrodes are located at one half of a display region of the touch display panel, and all the second touch electrodes are located at the other half of the display region of the display panel.

Abstract: A method of manufacturing a display panel, a display panel, and a display device are disclosed. The method includes: forming an alignment film over an entire surface of an array substrate motherboard, wherein the array substrate motherboard comprises at least one array substrate provided with a pad area on each of the array substrate; cell-assembling the array substrate motherboard with a color filter substrate motherboard to form a display panel motherboard, wherein the color filter substrate motherboard comprises at least one color filter substrate corresponding to the array substrate on the array substrate motherboard; cutting the display panel motherboard to obtain at least one display panel, wherein the display panel comprises the array substrate and the color filter substrate; and removing the alignment film on the pad area.

In this array substrate, among the sub-pixels two adjacent columns of sub-pixels are grouped together, and sub-pixels in different groups do not overlap each other; in each group, all of the sub-pixels are electrically connected with a same data line; each row of the sub-pixels corresponds to two gate lines, and in each row of the sub-pixels, two sub-pixels belonging to the same group are electrically connected with one of the two gate lines corresponding to this row of the sub-pixels respectively; thus, in the process of sequentially loading a gate scanning signal to each grid line within the display time of one frame, charging difference between rows of sub-pixels caused by the jump of voltage loaded on the data line may be reduced, whereby poor stripes present when a flat panel display is displaying a screen may be improved.
