    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A network node may transmit, to a plurality of user equipment (UE), a set of network encoded packets generated using a set of packets. A UE of the plurality of UEs may receive a subset of the set of encoded packets and may decode the subset to determine a first set of decoded packets. The UE may receive a second set of decoded packets from the plurality of UEs. The UE may transmit feedback to the network node that indicates the successfully decoded packets of the first and second sets. The network node may receive the feedback and may determine a subset of the set of packets that was successfully decoded for each UE providing the feedback. The network node may transmit an updated set of network encoded packets to the plurality of UEs.

    Abstract: Aspects relate to mechanisms for wireless communication devices to update transmission configuration indicator states (TCI-states), spatial relation (SR) indicators (SRIs), or pathloss reference signals (PL-RSs) for a group of two or more component carriers (CCs) for multi-component carrier communication. A radio access network (RAN) node may generate a message indicating one or more TCI-states, one or more SRs, or one or more PL-RSs to utilize for multi-CC communication. The message may include an index identifying a group of two or more CCs of a plurality of access CCs or a plurality of sidelink CCs associated with the one or more TCI-states, the one or more SRs, or the one or more PL-RSs. A user equipment (UE) may receive the message and update the one or more TCI-states, the one or more SRs, or the one or more PL-RSs for the group of two or more CC for the multi-CC communication based on the message.

A first user equipment (UE) may determine to perform a relay selection procedure and receive respective messages from one or more second UEs including one or more parameters for selecting a second UE to relay communications between the first UE and a network entity. In some cases, the first UE may receive a control message prior to performing the relay selection procedure. A user equipment (UE) may receive a first message from a network entity that indicates a configuration for reporting spatial domain basis function updates to the network entity. The UE may transmit a full channel state information (CSI) report and a partial CSI report to the network entity based on the indicated configuration. The full CSI report may indicate a set of spatial domain basis functions and the partial CSI report may indicate an update for the set of spatial domain basis functions. The update for the set of spatial domain basis functions may be relative to the full CSI report or a previously transmitted partial CSI report. In some examples, the UE may receive a second message from the network entity based on the partial CSI report.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A receiving user equipment (UE) may broadcast messages containing inter-UE cooperation (IUC) information using multiple beams. The IUC information transmitted on each beam may be different for each beam of the receiving UE. For example, each IUC information may contain different preferred resources or non-preferred resources for the receiving UE to receive a transmission from a transmitting UE. The transmitting UE may receive a message containing IUC information from one of the beams of the receiving UE and transmit a signal using resources based on the IUC information contained in the received message. In some examples, the transmitting UE may transmit a channel busy ratio (CBR) request to a receiving UE. The CBR request may specify a transmission configuration indicator (TCI) state, spatial relation, spatial domain filter, or beam according to which the receiving UE is to measure the CBR.
